Nice Hotel, great location, friendly staff. Naples is great, easy to get to by Train from Rome, Don't even think about driving, easy access to Capri, Sorrento, and Positano by boat. Naples is not dangerous! but, still be careful. People are friendly and full of life!

As a veteran internatinal traveller with over 100 trips to Europe this decade this hotel while beautiful was cold and unaccommodating. With a party of 10 people and reservations made ii moths in advance we were given rooms with either a view of the main road or the drievway. The bathrooms are in dire need of up dating and in one of our 5 rooms a smell of raw sewage was emanating from the bath drain. I asked to be moved and was politely denied. we asked to have rooms near one another and were spread out on three floors so that we could all enjoy the same view! The beds were terrible sleeping was done on the beach/pool loungers and all I can say is that I would avoid this hotel at all costs. Yes the views are wonderful, the pool and beach are very nice but the unwillingness of the staff to help really put us off. BEWARE!
