The size of the room. They properly clean my room. I would have rated my experience excellent across the board. But I was very annoyed that the hotel staff failed to remove our breakfast tray or remove dirty towels or throw out the trash (only thing they did was make-up the bed). Their reason was b/c we left the room after 4:00 pm and the cleaning staff already left, which is absurd. I thought cleaning service was around the clock.

The location was great in Buckhead and the staff was very congenial. Did not have free hotel parking and did not have free internet access when smaller chains do.

Great location, great beds, nice atmosphere. Pool was not ready, fireplace in resting area broken. Overall it was a very nice room, hotel was a refurbished older building but very grand. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and decent in size. Self parking was $ 20.00 a day! Otherwise I would stay there again.

It is a large beautiful in town hotel. Very nice hotel and a great location. Beautiful lobby area and bar.

Cleanliness, attractiveness, wonderful fitness center andavailability of courtesy car. Wireless Internet charge of $9.95. The staff was effective and accommodating. The hotel was lovely, and the fitness center was outstanding.

Comfortable bed. Outrageous parking expense. Great hotel, great location. My only complaint would be the outrageous parking expense - $30/night!

Staff was so friendly & helpfull. Parking is a big added expense. Great location, wonderful rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room service was very good and quick. Parking is at least an additional $20/night, but can be expected with hotels in Atlanta. Loved our stay.

The Grand Hyatt Atlanta was very comfortable. I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a long counter and there was adequate space for hanging clothes and they provided two suitcase stands. The location was very good.

Extremely friendly service. Plumbing problem with bath tub draining. The experience at the Grand Hyatt was excellent with excellent service from very friendly international staff. I would definitely return for another stay in the future.

I travel to Atlanta several times a year to visit friends and always stay at the Grand Hyatt. It is in an excellent location (easy access to shopping and the interstate). The hotel is beautiful to the eye and appears to be well-maintained. The rooms have always been spotless, and the beds are very comfortable. The only ""negatives"" I can come up with are the distance to parking (the deck is across the side street and down a small hill) and the fact that they charge for internet access. At a hotel of this quality, internet access should be complimentary.

It is in a great location. For the scale it is supposed to be, it felt like a motel 6. To park your own vehicle you have to pay $20 to walk 1/2 mile. The front desk was nice, but not overwhelmingly excited to greet me. The room was small. The complimentary robes they leave in the closet had visible urine stains on at least one of them, I decided not to check the other one. To be able to listen to music in your room via the cable TV you have to pay $15! This hotel will charge for anything it can but it isn't worth any of it.

Clean and nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hairdryer. The hotel and staff was great. Very helpful and everything we needed was provided. The location is great. I would definitely recommend.

The location was perfect, the property was clean but the staff greeted us with a smile and met all our needs. Apart from the great location, the staff made our stay. Each staff member greeted us with a smile and kindness. They attended to any request in a very timely manner. This will be my hotel in Buck head.

Staff addressing me by name. Parking fees. The Grand Hyatt Buckhead is in a great location and is a superior hotel. My room was always perfect the staff friendly and the beds are great. I would not think twice about staying there again.

Friendly staff. It was an additional $20.00 per night to park our cars. Not happy about it. The hotel was nice, but our room certainly didn't qualify as a four star. It was average, with average decor, and average furnishings. I was very disappointed that I had to pay 20.00 per night to park my car in the hotel's parking deck, and so did my boyfriend, who met me there. One would think that if you pay for a room for the evening, that you are entitled to at least have a parking space for your vehicles. Overall, the hotel is nice, but I'll choose a different location if it means I'll at least be able to park for free. This was the first time I have been disappointed with Hyatt.
