The 1 Bedroom Apartment was perfect for a night away to see a concert at the Arena which was only a 15 minute walk. Restaurants and bars on the door step and shops only minutes away. The Apartment was all we needed for a relaxing no pressure environment, it was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing missing was a full length mirror and the directions could have been clearer. It would have also helped had we known the name of the NCP (Northern Tower) as there are so many and this one appeared to obvious! Also want to mention the girl who greeted us was extremely helpful. I would definately stay again whether for business or leisure.

Really great location and superb accommodation. Mike met us when we arrived and was very friendly and professional. We enjoyed our complimentary wine and he was kind enough to let us leave our bags in the apartment after the normal check out time on Sunday. Our only gripe was not getting enough hot water out of the shower for four girls getting ready for a night on the town. Close to shops and great nightlife. We enjoyed a cocktail in Cloud 23 at the Hilton which is just around the corner. Would recommend the apartment to everyone - we will be returning in 2009!

The 3 of us had a great stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. Had everything you could want for a very enjoyable/comfortable stay. All modern appliances in kitchen/dining/living area. 2 really decent size bedrooms nicely furnished. Other than supplying instructions for some of the kitchen appliances and a few mirrors in bedrooms(purely female thing) I couldn't fault this place at all. Mark, who dealt with us was a lovely bloke and very professional and the concierge of the building Lee was great. Didn't get other blokes name who was on at night but friendly too. The area couldn't be beaten either especially if going to Palace Theatre as only 5 or so minutes away. If coming in from Picaddilly just hop on free purple metro shuttle bus and it will drop right by Radisson and Great Northern Tower just round the corner(it runs until 7pm). Lots of restaurants and pubs right by the GNT and a AMC cinema next door. We ate at The Paramount Wetherspoon pub and Pizza Hut on Oxford Street and both mealsl were lovely and service great. Also good chinese buffet across from them. Cannot recommend The Producers high enough. Peter Kay is a scream. CityServe should actually put some photos of inside the apartment on this site as some people may be put off if they don't know what the place actually looks like.

Apartment was very modern but lacked a little bit of design in the finish. Increase the level of soft furnishings and it will be perfect. If you want to compete against the likes of the Radisson just across the road you have got to match the interior. ON the whole still very good.

The accomodation was an apartment in a central upmarket area of Manchester. It slept 4 adequately (lounge for 2 people on sofa bed + double bedroom). The appointment of the accom was superb even down to the provision of DVDs and Playstation kit. Only reason I did not give high scores for family is that it was on the sixth floor with a balcony - great for views and adults/older kids. The style of the place is swanky, understated cool. Mike, the owner, could not do enough for us. Complimentary bottle of wine. An honesty bar with bottled beer, juice etc. Mike even turned up early so we could drop our xmas prezzy shopping before going to lunch. Have since recommended this place to others and would stay again.Cheers Mike!
