This hotel assisted my family at the last minute request, due to the rainy weather, they were unable to camp out. I was already booked for the hotel because I am chemically sensitive and called ahead to make sure the room was not fragranced at all - the room was perfect and the Staff did not make me feel uncomfortable about my request. The kids in our group really enjoyed themselves in the pool and other activities. Therefore we will be using this hotel for next year if the weather does not work out.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Gull Wing Suites. The rooms provide enough room for all six of us; so we do not have to split into 2 rooms. The staff was excellent. Check in was quick & easy and more than ready to accomodate any requests we had. The opal stone fell out of my daughter's ring (a gift from us for her 16th birthday) and the opala fell down the drain in the bathroom sink. We called the front desk and they sent someone up who took the plumbing apart and found the stone. What more could we ask for customer service. The pool & whirlpool are large and the hotel in general is very family friendly. I have recommended this hotel in the past and I will continue to do so.
