Very convenient location for our purposes. Customer service was mixed depending on the person on duty. Reception on arrival was not welcoming but on departure the staff were much more friendly. Restaurant food was good but service less so. A waiter knocked water across the table and made out it was our fault. The cloth was wet but not changed, no apology given. The hotel has potential, but still a lot of work to do with respect to staff.

Tried to book in for the next week but it was busy - am not surprised. A lovely elegant setting and quietly professional staff.
