A very pleasant welcome and I was upgraded to an ensuite at no extra cost which was really nice. Good size room.Lovely new flat screen TV and plenty of tea/coffee on the hospitality tray.Shower wasn't very powerful and the hot water control not easy to keep at a constant temperature but really nothing to complain about.Breakfast service very efficient.Would definitely use again and have already recommended it to others.

very rude staffrude , unhelpful and abrupt reception staff. I would never recommend this place.

Hotel is easy to find being directly beside the Chesterton Rd/Elizabeth Way roundabout. Its ideally situated for either walking or cycling into the centre of town, 10 min walk, can take a route beside the river and across the common which is very pleasant. Also ideal situation if you are visiting the Milton business parks or Cambridge university. Very friendly welcome. Room was small but clean and warm.
