I am a diamond member with hilton ,and stay here all the time.staff always very friendly. never have a problem with the shuttle.staff knows me by name.

The hotel was asked to provide 2 wakeup calls for a 7:00 am flight. We asked for 4:30 and 4:45 am. The calls did not come through and we were late for boarding the shuttle to the airport. I complained to the management who then told me the calls were made but no one picked them up. They definately were not connected to the room - must be a problem with the system.

We have always been happy with Hampton Inns so we chose to stay at the Atlanta airport in between flights at this one. Most things were up to par for Hampton Inns; i.e. good beds, nice linens, nice size rooms with good bathroom accommodations. However, this inn did not look clean outside and the main room and halls looked as though they had not been vacuumed. It was not well kept; several places had holes in the walls. The in room air conditioner on the floor was noisy but did cool well. We were able to get a good night's sleep and the wake up call worked. WE were coming in from an overseas flight and left early the next day so we could not take advantage of the breakfast, which did not start til after we left for our flight home, so I cannot comment on that. I was very happy with the airport shuttle service and the man who took us to the airport promptly early Sunday morning was especially cheerful and accommodating. I wish I could remember his name because he was very good and highly recommendable.
