We did not get any sleep both nights due to a group of drunks partying in the lounge and parking lot near our room all night and into the morning. This continued until 4 am. We heard management tell them several time to quite down. When we checked out, we were told 12 other customers had complained as well. I would have thought management would have the people involved removed so customers like us will return, but that was not the case. The amount we had to pay per night was high to begin with, but having to deal with loud, irrespossible, made the cost that much worse. The room we were in was right next to the lobby, front desk, lounge and fitness center. It was a terrible location for a room. The one possitive thing was the hotel being in a good location.
