The Med. Ctr. Hampton Inn was a very pleasant surprise. It is not on the ""strip"" with all the budget hotels, but further west (but very close to everything via ""Shipyard St."" ) Everything looked new, it was extremely clean, and the cont. breakfast was superb thanks to some very dedicated employees who treated it like it was a B&B. Outdoor pool is small, but perfect for small children. It is set up as a business hotel (In med. ctr.), but is actually a wonderful family hotel. Every staff memeber I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful.

After pondering over where to stay for 1 night, we chose this hotel. We were very pleased! Rooms were big enough for 2 adults, 1 son, & toddler twin girls. Clean & comfortable.

The Hotel was absolutely Beautiful....The room was perfectly clean, the beds were etremely comfy, and the staff at the hotel was extremely helpful. I would, without a doubt, stay again. The Breakfast was amazing as well might i add!

Nice comfortable suburban location; easy to get in and out of; bed was comfortable and room was spacious.

Bathroom sink did not lend itself to draining easily; pressure in sink very low; took minutes to fill up a cup of water.

Stayed two nights; housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning room for second day. Did not replenish shampoo, etc., did not pick up all used towels and wash clothes, did not do a good job vacumming room.

Got some attitude from evening front desk personnel when ran into problems using wireless service.

With some attention from the manager and checking up on staff in different departments, this could be a stellar property.
