Convenience to downtown shops and attractions. Rooms could have been bigger. Great location for the price in downtown Milwaukee. Steps from Riverside Theater and Water Street restaurants/bars. Easy parking with direct access to hotel, friendly staff, and good rooms.

I only stayed a few days, but found the location convenient. Our room was nice, and clean. Enjoyed the breakfast. I would definately stay there again.

The sink water temperature gets dangerously hot very quickly. There is only one faucet, so it makes it difficult to control esp. for a child if it were to be pushed to the ""hot"" side.

If I hadn't had a full schedule, I would have found another hotel. The desk staff was rude, room was not ready - no hangers, no mirror in the bathroom. There was no security at the front entrance off Wisconsin, nor at the 2nd floor entrance from the parking ramp. buckets, paint, ladders, old wallpaper and carpeting laying in the hallways. Forget the continental breakfast. If you book here, make sure they are done remodeling.

Great location. Tastefully decorated. Abit crowded. Overall we had a great experience at this hotel. The facilities were modern and well kept and there was nothing tacky noted.

Very nice room, location or hotel. Parking access was challenging but not a huge deal. This hotel is centrally located with a friendly staff and great rooms. It was more than I expected.
