The hotel has 24 hour concierge service, a gift shop, and a full service business center. Meritage is Chef Daniel Bruce's signature restaurant where guests enjoy wine-cuisine pairings; a concept perfected by Bruce at the Boston Wine Festival. The Rowes Wharf Sea Grille will offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea service along Boston's waterfront. In the summer, there is outside seating, and the restaurant becomes front row seating for the annual, outdoor Summer in the City Entertainment Series which the hotel has been hosting for ten years. The Rowes Wharf Bar offers a light fare dinner menu alongside its extensive drink selections. The Spa at Rowes Wharf is a full service health club and features a sixty-foot indoor, heated lap pool; an exercise room, personal training, daily fitness classes, and a fully stocked wardrobe of workout attire.p The Boston Harbor Hotel recently has completed an extensive twelve million dollar renovation of the property which includes a complete overhaul of all 230 guest rooms. The hotel staff were friendly helpful and professional. The location of the hotel was great, with a view that was spectacular - the Boston Harbour. I will definitely choose this hotel again.

My 10-year-old son and I traveled from Minnesota to Boston for spring break, both to visit relatives and to introduce him to some of the tourist-y things I'd taken for granted growing up in Massachusetts. This was our second stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel, and once again it was perfect. The service is impeccable, the accommodations excellent, and the location of the hotel is perfect. We were quite close to, and within walking distance of, the Aquarium, Faneuil Hall, the North End, etc. All employees went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. We spent many long days out sightseeing and visiting, and were always quite happy to return to the hotel at night. I very highly recommend the Boston Harbor Hotel, and will certainly return.

This was a business trip that I combined with family travel for my 13 year old son. The location of the hotel was central to the activity on the harbor and convenient to everything. The staff was excellent and service 5-star. I would stay here on my next trip to Boston.

We stayed at the Boston Harbor Hotel for the weekend. The hotel is beautiful. The location was walking distance to the Aquarium & Quincy Market. The service of the staff is second to none. EVERYONE was friendly and helpful. Having stayed at many hotels in Boston, we found this hotel to be first class in every way! The hotel even has a private car to get guests around the city. Check- in is at 3:00, got there at 12:00 and our room was ready. The best part is that check-out is at 1:00. Can't think of anything to improve! Simply the BEST of Boston!

BBH is an attractive hotel providing great convenience to popular tourist sites such as Faneuil Hall. Entertainment on the hotel patio throughout the summer offers an excellent variety. The only negative experience we had was observing that dining/entertainment seating or upgraded rooms were sometimes reserved for hotel guests of greater importance/regularity - since we were also hotel guests and were not given such options. Overall the BHH is a good choice, but if you prefer to be closer to the Beacon Hill or Back Bay areas, other comparably rated hotels would be a better option.

This hotel is fantastic. Very detail oriented. My family is middle class, so it is a stretch to pay their rates, but I felt it was good value and worth treating ourselves to such a nice place.

Words cannot describe the beautiful experience of our stay at the Boston Harbour Hotel. Spoke to reservations prior to check in and she was extremely helpful. She noted that it was my husbands birthday. Suggested making reservations at the restaurant for the Saturday evening and even kinder, ensured his birthday was acknowledged at check in as well as the restaurant. We were greeted well by the door man and reception. The room was fantastic with a view of the Harbour. Very clean and comfortable. The bedding was very clean and your body just sank into the bed and pillows that practically conformed to it. In walking distance to the Aquarium, market, and other sites. Much to do in close proximity. Highly recommend and would definitely return.
