Have stayed here many times. Although last time was 3 years ago...this place kinda sucks for the money you pay now. And even though everybody talks about the pool party Rehab on Sunday, it's not that great. Way too many people. You're lucky if you have enough room to get a toe in the pool! Felt like they nickel and dime you for everything here. If I go to Vegas again I will definately stay somewhere else.

Great room and very clean, beds were very comfortable. In airport flight path. Very noisy. It is way off the strip. The rooms were great and the beds were comfortable, but the noise from Airplanes taking off from the airport made it very noisy.

The beds are so comfortable. I love the pillows they use. The view of the pool was outstanding, and I love the French Doors. You are not allowed to bring alcohol to your room if you didn't buy it there. That is really stupid. This is a very fun hotel to stay at. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of loud music. The hotel / casino is smaller than most on the strip, which gives it a more intimate feel. Great party hotel! Not sure if it is great place to bring children. Actually, there really isn't any kids there at all. Thank God! I would definitely say this is an ADULT hotel.

Insisted on holding $150 per day on my credit card. This was never stated in advance. When in Vegas, you don't want $600 held up. $7 resort fee/day for nothing. Wanted $20 to work out in their gym. Ridiculous!

A fun hotel with a small casino, entertaining dealers, excellent options for food. Parking is easy and fast--you don't have to walk through and endless casino to go your room. My friends had free upgrades to pool side rooms. The pool has great music, swim up black jack and a fun slide.

Stay here on and off since the beggining of the year. You won't find a friendlier staff or more fun place to stay in LV.

I stayed in the new Tower and I was sent back and forth of where to check in at. They did not have the new computers up nor did they have communication among themselves to tell me where I was supposed to check in. I asked about a brochure or map of the hotel and I was told I do not know by one of the workers and he said to go look in the store for one. I also cut my toe at the pool and asked if I could have a bandaid I was told to go buy some. I found the service to be rude and unhelpful. If renting a car the Hertz help was helpful. The room was great and had a lovely view. I was overall happy with the room. The hotel/casino is small and does not have much to offer compared to others.

Do not stay here. Upon arrival they informed me there is a $ a night hold for your room. I had to put $ on my credit card. It then takes a week to refund your money if the room is ok. i dont know what i would have done if i didnt have a credit card to put it on. The first night there there was no power in the rooms from 2am to 6 am and it was hot! Also, the fire alarm went off in all the rooms for about 10 minutes waking everyone up out of there sleep. When i checked out they gave me a bill of $ in hidden fees ive never heard of. They tried to charge 12$ for some guy to restock the mini bar i didnt even touch. The only good thing about the Casino is the pool, it is awesome. I wouldn't stay there ever again anyway. When i checked out i expressed my concern to the counter girl and she was ignorant and rude. My first time going to Vegas and i dont think i'll go back AC is better! Also, the rooms were filthy i wore shoes on the carpets the whole time. This is so far off the strip you have to take a cab there is nothing around the hard rock

This hotel definately caters to a certain genre of clientelle and I'm probably not in that target audience, but it was too ""dirty"" for me. The place looked like a party has been going on for a couple years now. The walls, floors, and restaurants all looked like they were due for a remodel. I didn't expect to be at the Bellagio, but I at least expected my room to be cleaner- bathroom was filthy. I'm sure most people stay there to party and don't complain, but for the casual visitor, I wouldn't stay there. The bonus is that my 14 daughter thinks it's cool that I stayed at the Hard Rock. The gaming floor was unique and would gamble there again, though.

My 16 yr. old son and I went to Hard Rock to see George Clinton Aug. 28th. We parked across the street at CVS strip mall after a day of shopping about 8:48. The casino was so loud you couldn't talk, couldn't get around easily because it was so crowded, couldn't get anyone to help with directions to poolside for the show, there are several different entrances. Casino and poolside both very dirty. Show was supposed to start at 9:00, started at 10:20. Went back to the car at 11:48 and it was BOOTED. There are signs about not parking but not anywhere you can see them, they are on the walls up by the stores, none in actual parking spots. Cost $ CASH! to get my car back. Felt like I was ripped everywhere we went in Vegas. Will not be back to Hard Rock ever or Las Vegas anytime soon.

I had the same experience as another guest at this hotel. I got a great deal on the room and rented a car as a bundle for a great price for 3days. The deposit they charge for incidentals was double what I paid for the entire trip. They also hold this money for up to 10days. The worst part was the end when checking out, they tried to charge me for using the soap and shampoo. While I got the charges reversed, the cleark at the desk said they were mini bar items and I used them. So watch out for this if you go. I will have to say the place is nice, the pool is great, the room was great. But having those 2 things happen just ruins the whole weekend. I guess the Hard Rock is so hard up for money they attack you with neusance charges.

Hard Rock hotel was very fun. We had a great room with a great view of the pools. No problems with cleaning service of our room or check-in or check-outs. Was a little expensive to drink and to eat. Overall very good. We will go again.

Would not say it was family oriented. More for the singles or couples. Real and fake ones everywhere. Outfits very revealing. Female pole dancers... Construction inside and out. Paid for our stay in full; now a $5.52 fee on our charge card from the Hard Rock-not sure what that is about yet. Valet service great. Not on the main drag-too far to walk especially at night. Needed a rental car.

The night clubs and the rooms. The restaurant is not very nice and there was construction going on. Had a good time I would check before to see if all amenities are available and any construction is going on.

Front desk staff not very accommodating. But, not rude. Wouldn't call the staff friendly. Would describe them as very busy....too busy to make me feel important as a guest! as a customer. Room was nice but facing very ugly view of back roof! Nice party atmosphere at the pools.

I came to Hard Rock for my 30th birthday, with 3 girlfriends. What we were most pleasantly surprised about....the rooms are huge with lots of space for our suitcases, Lots of mirrors and lights everywhere. We love the small casino (round at that)...very easy to find your friends as a meeting spot. Also, getting a cab was no problem...like 10 bucks to the strip. All of our friends warned us ahead of time that we would spend a fortune cabbing it...but really we took one or two round trips a day --- LOVED THE WEEKEND at Hard Rock!

This hotel was the best! Me and my boyfriend walked in and we knew that it was the place for us. They play excellent music all the time, the staff is friendly, the rooms are great with flat screen plasmas and we upgraded to a pool view room- which I would highly recommend- fantastic view and worth the money! We ate in a few of the restaurants. They were all fun and had great food. There was no reason for us to leave the property the whole weekend. We partied and gambled all night! We even were able to see a concert when we were there. Mary J. Blige! I love her and seeing her in the Joint was such an experience. We will definetly be back!

Hotel was beautiful. It was nice to be off the strip, but close enough to go to a concert at the MGM Grand. Which, after trying to walk around there, it was nice to go back to our hotel. Room was fantastic. My 9 year old loved the tv in the tub area. She had a great time bowling, and the kids arcade. At first it looked too glitzy, but we felt comfortable there as a family. My daughter wants to have her next birthday at the 72 lane bowling alley. Just have to figure how to get all the 10 year olds up to Vegas from California!!

We enjoyed staying at this hotel Mid week. As the party rolled in Friday afternoon, we confirmed our decision to switch hotels by Friday night. But if you are looking for a party, frat boy style this place would be it. The pool was very nice, cleaning staff very attentive. I would not recommend Mr. Lucky's food, which is where it seemed the room service comes from. Nobu was a fun experience. The Music and the large TV in our room was great. Request a pool side view if possible.
