Location within 4 blocks of primary destination museum was great. Heating and electrical problems, peeling paint, unpredictable shower water heat. I would suggest a more exhaustive search of truly affordable hotels within safe walking distance of major museums. Though I expected fleabag, I was still irritated at the price for quality. My observation was that this was the most run-down building in the area.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Fridge in the room. Clientele quiet & respectable. Shabby and worn look. Wireless internet not operable in the room.
