Was very cheap & cheerful - location was ideal as we had to attend a conference the next day at Legoland!! We even manged to venture into Staines which proved to be an interesting night which I wouldn't impose on anyone!! Gutted to find out the next day that we had a Spearmint Rhino just down the road - why didn't anyone tell us!! Grrrr!!!

Didn't stay in the main hotel but in a converted house across the road.We didn't have a very good nights sleep. The other guests weren't very considerate when coming in after midnight as the noise kept us awake. Also the basin in the room didn't have a plug and the drains continually gurgled and bubbled most of the night, which when we stuffed a sock in the plug hole didn't make much difference.Apart from the above the aircraft noise was not a problem being so close to Heathrow runway.

They are trying to charge me £20 for a phone I never touched!! This place is a rip off and they try to take advantage of people!

Check in was adequate, airpot shuttle service was great, hotel is old and rooms are not totally spotless, but we didn't feel like it was dirty, just a bit run down. However, as we were checking in there were prople around us who were having big problems getting what they had reserved and pre-paid for. The hotel seems to overbook rooms and this is apparently a recurring problem. We would stay there again, given our experience, but one never knows if they will have to face a different outcome than the one expected!

The room was tiny. You could sit on the toilet and take a shower. The shower curtain was half off its tracks. The floor was not clean. The bed was so old and lumpy you could feel every bedspring. They did not even use top sheets. There is no fan or a/c for hot days. The only good thing I could say is the pub across the street was good food and good people.

This hotel was excellent and really good value for money. I would have liked a wash basin in the room but apart from that I was very well satisfied. The bath room very near the room was actually very grand with a lot of character. I wouldn't hesitate to go again or to recommend it to a friend

used for business, only a few mins from the airport, best feature was the locality of two nice pubs only a minute away

I was concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel. The rug looks very old and dirty which I found disgusting. Also the fact that there was only one bathroom on the floor was not very convienent. Do something about those two things and I probably would stay again.
