The hotel is situated in a residential area, at the foot of the Acropolis and a few minutes? walk from Plaka old town. The Herodes Atticus ancient theatre is close by. 'Acropolis'metro station is a short walking distance away. The new Acropolis Museum is also very closeby. This elegant hotel enjoys a peaceful location in a residential neighbourhood at the foot of the Acropolis. There is a large newly refurbished roof garden which has a lounge area with sofas and also restaurant style tables for the light snacks served. One floor down from this, there is a sundeck and 2 jacuzzis. In keeping with the residential surroundings, the hotel is a low-rise building with extensive balconies overlooking the street or the Acropolis and surrounding neighbourhood. The hotel has two dining areas. One is to the front of the lobby and one is at the back of the lobby in a conservatory surrounded by greenery outside, giving a very relaxing feel to the otherwise hectic city. Local and international dishes are on offer. The lobby is of a medium size and has recently been refurbished with stone flooring and pastel coloured walls. Extending to the rear of the lobby is a large lounge coffee/bar area reminiscent of a ski lodge, with wooden flooring and ceiling. It has a very cosy feel to it and overlooks the rear garden. The rooms are furnished and decorated to a good standard and are of a medium size. The 86 guestrooms are tastefully furnished with individual care and attention, so as to cater for every need and comfort. All guest rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, in-room electronic safe, direct dial telephones with voice mail messaging system, colour television, mini-bar, and almost all have private balconies, some with views of the Acropolis. 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 2 minute walk to the nearest metro station (acropolis), 30 kms to the nearest airport (eleftherios venizelos), 4 km to the nearest station (larissis), 8 km to the nearest beach.
