My wife and I booked this after reading the feedback of other guests, believe me it is as good as they say. High quality accomodation, very friendly hosts, good breakfasts. Ian recommended where to eat locally in the evening, booking tables for us, and we had excellent meals on both nights of our stay (extra little attentive touch, torches left near door if you are going out after dark). Walkable into city centre although bus return recommended as it all up hill. We would choose to stay again if we were ever to revisit Bath. (By the way a fine city to visit).

We stay frequently in Bath, usually in 4* hotels, we have tried many. High Beeches was better than them all, more friendly, better breakfast, better room, better overall service. Ian and ally are ever so friendly and always keen to help in any way.We will certainly stay there again, and avoid those 4* hotels!

Three over-60's ladies stayed for a short break and enjoyed every minute. We were able to leave the car at the hotel and take the local bus into and out of Bath Centre, which had an excellent service. Our room was beautiful and homely. Our hosts were extremely helpful and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view from our bedroom window was of beautiful countryside and very quiet. We would highly recommend a stay at this abode.

This has to have been the friendliest, best equipped and best decorated guest house I've ever been in. I'll definately be back here whenever I'm next in Bath. I can recommend the breakfast.It's also wonderfully quiet.

everything was first class excellent hosts . perhaps lack of signage from the road can only see farm entrance name if comming from bath & not from a36 norton phillips direction .
