We had a suite, the price was very reasonable. Didn't have a restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. The valet parking staff was excellent, as well as the front desk staff. Our room was very nice and well appointed. We were very comfortable and would recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The location was great and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The traffic noise was loud early in the morning.

The workout facility was not clean. They did not have clean towels in the workout room or a TV remote so you had to watch whatever was on. The staff was nice but I got the feeling that they were just nice so they would get a tip. The hotel does not have a complmentary breakfast if you book your room online.( Cost is 12.95) The chairs by the pool were worn and fraying at the edges. I felt for the price it was not worth it.

We came for a music event and the location was centrally located and within easy walking distance of all activities (Civic Center, City Market, River Street). The room was very comfortable, reasonably priced compared to other similarly rated hotels, and the staff were friendly. This is our second time at this hotel and we will definitely come back.

The hotel is truly located in the heart of everything - City Market, River Street, Broughton Street and just a couple blocks from the Lady & Sons. The absolute best thing about the hotel was the incredible staff! They all went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Also, the concierge was very accommodating and had endless amounts of activity and restaurant options. This is definitely one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in!!!

i called ahead the morning of our check-in and asked if we could check-in early. i was told it would be no problem however once we arrived our room was not ready and wouldn't be ready for several hours. the front desk later told me i must of talked to the employee helping out from the hotel next door. other than the valet attendant the front desk staff didnt seem very concerned or apologetic. it was a horrible way to start off a romantic weekend. too many hotels to spend our money here again.
