Great hotel, great rooms, great staff, very good location. Parking is limited and can be a little frustrating if there's a convention going on. The hotel restaurant is ok, quite standard in all honesty, although the lunch buffet is supposed to be award-winning for the area, unfortunately we weren't around during those hours to try it out. The business suite is free of charge and very good, but could do with another terminal in there though.

Check in was a breeze, front desk staff very helpful and friendly. We did utilize the concierge service, and once again, the gentleman was very thoughtful in the suggestions for our first visit to Savannah. The room was very clean, bed comfortable. I did not want to leave. The only suggestion I would have for the hotel would be to turn on the mini-fridge (husband not me). HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!!

Great hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast available. Grocery store and restaurants across the street. Quick drive to river. Would definitely staff again.

Although we had selected king rooms on a online travel website the hotel staff would not honor our request inspite of the printed online website's confirmation showing that selection. I think the staff is confused. Otherwise the hotel was ok.

It was very clean. I liked everything. The hotel was great, I really like the flat screen TV in the room, the comfortable beds and blankets. I will return.

The rooms are of the nature that you don't mind spending long periods of time inside them. The hotels facilities has the same atsmosphere.
