Hotel advertised Airport Shuttle but it was virtually impossible to find it at the Airport because of lack of signage. Hotel was chosen because of its proximity to Airport and convenience for early flight. However, hotel staff did not want to provide Airport shuttle at 5:30 AM for early flight and only did so after much persuasion. Also, Hotel staff did not seem to be familiar with Hilton Hotel policies.

Great location, very nice facilities, helpful staff. A bit pricey for Americans, but what isn't around Rome? Great shuttle service to the terminal, but preregister for the shuttle if possible.

Hilton Garden Inn at Rome's FCO was a pleasant surprise at the end of 2+ week vacation in Italy. Sparkling new, comfortable, A/C, gym, helpful staff, free shuttle to terminals... A pleasant, calming night before the airport rush!

This hotel is very neat and clean. It leaves little to do around the airport but works great if you need place to stay close to the airport. The staff is great, the shuttle is easy to use and the rooms are very nice and clean.

The hotel was very confortable. Wife was in a wheelchair therefore we were give a handicap room. All items that were needed were there and convient. We were confused when we arrived at the Air Port Terminal. We did not know that there were two (2) Hilton Hotels at the airport. So we waited til a shuttle came. We boarded it and arrived at the wrong Hotel. So we had to reload our luggage after waiting for the right shuttle to come. Then we were fine. I wish to commend the driver of the shuttle which returned us to the Airport. As we going along the way I decovered that we were missing our Passports. The Hotel had them in their hands to do their thing and we immediately thought they did not return them to us. The Driver was in the process to return to the Hotel to get our passports. He had finished his run at the airport then I discovered we DID have the passports. We informed the driver of this and he immediately returned to the proper terminal to drop us off. He was so kind to consider us so I wish to commend him in doing so.
