The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is not close to shopping or restaurants you will need a car. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean with a nice pool area. The restaurant is a little pricey but a nice selection for dinner and a good breakfast buffet. You can also order take out.

The dock. Airplanes flying overhead. Very lovely. Nice pool and dock area. The staff was great. Food at the hotel is outstanding for a hotel.

The pool area. Room service and key kept locking. The hotel itself is beautiful with a lovely pool area - it is close to the airport but there is nothing better then sipping a cocktail in the Florida sun watching the plans land.

Clean, convenient location to airport, nice pool area, comfortable beds and plenty of lush towels. Restaurant food was okay, but overpriced for the quality. Would prefer smaller portion sizes, but better quality food. Convenient location near airport, and the rooms were soundproofed enough that the airport noise was not noticeable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were well appointed, with comfortable beds and lush towels to spare. The pool area was inviting and clean.

It was clean. Beds were comfortable. Complimentary newspaper. The accommodations were excellent but we were placed on a floor that had construction. The location was perfect. Right off i-95. The rooms had very up to date décor, and all the amenities were functional. I would have enjoyed my stay a lot more if I had just been placed on a floor that they didn't have construction on. There were no workers or any noise but they had left their tools and rubbish in the hallway. This did not bother though as much as the smell of paint did. The whole floor reeked of paint fumes. I am not particularly sensitive but made my stay very uncomfortable. I am not sure if this is where all the wholesale people are placed or not. This did not sit very well with me.

The hotel was an excellent choice we really enjoyed our stay there. I did not like the fact that the bell hop was prejudice. This hotel was located near the airport in west palm beach. Nice rooms clean and most of the staff very helpful and friendly.

Small touches made you feel at home. The parking was far away from entrance of hotel. It surpassed my expectations. I felt very comfortable, and enjoyed my stay.

Great price, clean. Ice machine is too loud. Great hotel, great price. The one negative is the loud ice machine on the right side of the hotel's 10 floors.

The drain in the bath was a bit slow but overall a nice place. Good location for the airport traveler, free parking, The high point was the bed sheets and pillows which were of high quality. I would stay here again.

This was my first ever trip and plane ride and I was by myself. So, naturally I was nervous. But, the staff here incredibly nice and calm. Everyone was pleasant and smiling. The rooms were so clean and the pillows rocked. Lol. It was an AWESOME experience. I'm definitely come back to this hotel next year.

Grounds around the pool area nicely manicured. Price of breakfast was very expensive. In general this is a hotel that is nice for romance/ family or business.

Courtesy of the staff. Missing coffee items in room one cup and cream. Conveniently located to interstate 95 and the west palm beach airport, it's a great place to stay with great amenities and a courteous staff. Highly recommended star.

I really did not spend enough time there to offer productive comments. The valet took my keys while I checked in, then disappeared. I was in a hurry to unload luggage and car was locked. It seemed like a very nice hotel. However, I was only there for a short time so cannot offer an expert opinion. I had a loud neighbor at midnight and called the desk. They responded promptly and the neighbor turned off the stereo. Overall, I was very happy with my experience at the Tampa Sheraton River walk.

The soft king sized bed! Had desk in room needed a small dining table I loved staying at the Hilton; they took care of us, and took us where we needed to go via shuttle bus. It was amazing. I would stay there in a minute again. I was quite impressed.

It was reasonably attractive in the lobby and hallways. It was a bit off. One of the elevators was broken off and on. The room was a bit dreary and the AC was difficult to control. Restaurant was not cozy.

Because room services stopped serving before the stated time, staff provided some food without charge, but it was not something I would have ordered. Room service was supposed to be until midnight but stopped serving earlier. Location next to airport makes outdoor dining noisy. The location is not within walking distance of anything except the west palm beach airport. Pool is small but does have an adjacent bar and patio where you can order food.
