Great view of the Disney fireworks. Fire alarm pulled at 2:30 am and took a while to reset. Pool area is very slippery, and while there are signs out, that still won't stop you from slipping. Comfortable bed and well decorated rooms.

Good location, nice updated rooms. This hotel has long walks from the elevator to your room. Great hotel, rooms were recently updated so you feel like your in a higher star room.

Really close to Disneyland. The bathroom door. We loved our stay except for two things the room was not cleaned all the way and the bathroom door was a slider type with 1" gaps all the way around.

Good bar. You almost need a golf cart to get to your room. The room was pretty small for this rating. Disney isn't close, and the shuttle doesn't travel there enough to make it so. Since there are so many convention-goers here, it's not always family friendly. Having said that, it's a great convention hotel. The bar could stay open later, but hey, it's a hotel.

Great location, nice pool, Starbucks in lobby was nice. $19 a night to park, $20 a night for a roll-away, registration desk attendants not friendly, poor service overall. There were several issues checking in when we finally got checked in the rooms were not connecting as required because we were traveling with our 5 children but that was fixed in about 20 more minutes. The service was poor over all in the hotel and in the Starbucks in the lobby. The concierge did do a good job however. There was an extra fee to use the gym, for parking and for a roll-away ($40). The continental breakfast was $20. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were small, bathrooms were tiny with next to no counter space.

I had the best time ever here. I stayed at the Hilton for 4 nights because of the proximity to Disneyland and the price. Everyone was extremely nice, from valet parking to bell boys, to housekeeping. They greeted you when you passed them down the hall. The food was very good. Buffet for 19 bucks for breakfast. There is a shuttle that stops right infront of the Hilton and takes you in to Disneyland. The safe is easy to use, for those of us who have trust issues. My room was clean everyday. Beds were very comfortable. When we needed extra pillows they were there promptly. The gentleman that brought our food to our room was so nice. He arranged our chairs, moved the TV for better view for us. I felt very pampered. We had an great view for the nightly fireworks, and the staff was so helpfull when we asked questions about good places to eat and visit. I can trully not say something wrong with the hotel. I will definitly go back and stay here next time i go to Disney.

There was a time that the Anaheim Hilton was the place to stay in Orange County. Those times have come and gone leaving only fond memories. This trip finds the hotel extremely worn despite remodeling attempts. While the new beds are very comfortable, the new modern style furniture is scarse and somewhat depressing. Pocket doors to the bathrooms do not lock. I am now uncomfortably familliar with the housekeeper. Front desk and restaurant service is not up to Hilton standards. Front desk assistance was very reluctant and rude. Housekeeping was unresponsive. The Executive Level provides no extra ammenities or privacy. Guests are permitted to smoke on the outside patio which turns ordinary non-smoking rooms into smoking rooms. Rooms do not offer minibars, fridges or microwaves. Coffee makers in rooms are very good quality as is the Lavazza coffee. The most frustrating part of my visit was being nickel and dimed for everything extra. Internet pricing is unreasonable, Executive Level lounge access was an extra $40 per day for breakfast and evening snacks comparable to a Days Inn lobby (only the Days Inn offers this for no extra charge to guests). Parking is hourly or $15 per day ($19 for valet providing you can chase one down and coerce them into parking your car). For the price, I would highly recommend the Hyatt Regency in Anaheim as an alternate to the Hilton.

We were extremely pleased with this hotel. The room was immaculately clean & very spacious. This room was truly "luxurious" at a bargain price. The staff was helpful & room-service served food fast and hot. The pool is quite large and has 4 hot tubs & plenty of fresh, fluffy towels. Note: the concierge staff was helpful, but was not the most knowledgable about Disney or the surrounding area. TIPS: (1.) Ask for a Disney-view room. We watched the fireworks (9:25pm nighlty) from our picture window. It was spectacular. (2.) There is a Disney desk right in the Hotel offering discount tickets. The discount was as good as we found online - and it was easy and saved waiting in line. (3.) There is a Starbucks in the hotel but the lines are long in the am. We enjoyed the delicious Buffet breakfast at the Oasis Restaurant in the hotel - pricey but very good food and service. (4.) The Valets are fast and helpful. It is *for the valet or to self-park...so use the Valet! (5.) The walk to Downtown Disney is over a mile; from there you can catch the monorail into the park. It is not as close as it looks on the map & I wouldn't recommend walking - especially w/ kids. Take the city-provided shuttle (I think its $3/person) or just drive and park ($*/day Disney parking). Our only complaint was a minor one: the business-center in the hotel is actually an independently run UPS store and the owner is a somewhat rude and crotchedy old man. It was not fun dealing with him to access mail & internet service. This hotel was worth three times what we paid for it on travel website - a wonderful experience & highly recommended.

Very nice hotel. Parking fee of $15 a night. I would recommend this hotel for business travelers as well as Disneyland. The shuttle picks you up right outside the hotel. It was nice to have a Starbucks Coffee facility in the lobby, but it will be very nice to have the food court open in the future.

Nice lobby, clean, safe, very comfortable beds, andquiet location. Too far from restaurants for kids, no perks in rooms, everything extra costs more. Close to Disneyland, but just far enough not to want to walk, especially after an entire day at the park. We had to ask for a coffee maker in our room. Parking was $15/day, and shuttle only allows you 1/2 hour extra after Disneyland closes, not enough time to shop. The gift store does have a very limited supply of snacks, but nothing substantial enough for hungry late-arriver's. The only restaurant on site is pricey and not kid-friendly. Breakfast buffet, though top-quality, was far too expensive for a family on a budget.

Work in the hotel was going on so we had to deal with all of that mess. There is 2 different elevators very close to each other, one going to the parking garage and one to the main hotel. there are no signs telling you where the elevators are going. Once we did get in the right elevator and up to our floor it was a VERY long walk to our room.
