Junior suite - is good value and includes breakfast and free snacks dduring the day and including wine, beer, spirits in the evening. All in a private lounge on the top floor away from the noise and bustle of the main restaurant.

Very helpful and courteous staff. It was further than I expected from the Canary Wharf otherwise loved the hotel. The hotel was right around the corner from the tube. The room was clean, modern, and spacious and I loved the staff.

I stayed at the hotel for one night as all other hotels in Canary Wharf was fully booked. Great service from front desk to executive lounge. Stayed in junior suite and enjoyed the new fixtures and furniture and view. Room lacking in warmth and soul though. This is a good choice if you want to be near Canary Wharf, but if you want to go into Central London, it is not ideal.

Clean, efficient on wait up calls and a second notice, getting taxi to the airport. For the money I feel that the WiFi should have been free while in your room. The fitness center was also very clean and equipped with modern, working machines. I like that the TV stations were in English. At checkout time, there was a charge from the refrigerator on my bill. We did not take anything and they reversed the charge. I think just touching the items in the fridge must have triggered a sensor.

Large andcomfortable lovely room. Located far from tourist activities and airport. We had a wonderful experience. It was a lovely hotel and the only drawback was the location.
