Accommodating staff for our needs. The acoustics weren't good and I kept getting woken up by housekeepers knocking on doors asking to clean rooms. It's a beautiful hotel with a nice atmosphere. The rooms are super clean and charming, the beds are very comfortable and the staff is very polite and helpful. The only downside is the acoustics, I think. I kept getting woken up by housekeeping staff knocking on people's doors asking to clean their rooms.

Newly renovated and redesigned rooms are outstanding and befitting the Hilton name. Menu selection could be more varied. Excellent value for the money spent. Rooms are redesigned, large and truly befitting the Hilton name. Location is outstanding, close to interstate 95 and near Christiana mall and other shops and restaurants.

Great location. Elegant hotel in the suburbs, easy to get to, close to tax-free shopping mall, slots at Delaware park. Made for a great weekend getaway. Restaurant was fabulous. Great service, excellent steak, gigantic cheesecake, and an affordable wine list with depth in selections. Staff friendly, hotel very clean, beds were amazing. Wireless internet, in-room movies, room service...we didn't ever have to leave the hotel if we didn't want to. But we tried our luck at Delaware Park and won, so we took that money to the mall and did some shopping (no sales tax). It was a nice getaway - close enough to home - but far enough away to feel like we "got away". Perfect with gas prices the way they are right now. We'll be back again in the summer when the pool/jacuzzi are open.

Excellent location and value for the star rating. Hotel should have had free continental breakfast. Excellent location! The main lobby and foyer are quite attractive; the swans at the front pond are nice too. The rooms are typical Hilton down to the standardized linens. Good value for the money spent.

Hotel accommodations were clean, updated, comfortable. Didn't get a chance to use the hot tub or pool because it was outside. This hotel was very easy to locate right on Continental Drive, easy on the eyes, very comfortable beds with ample pillows and adequate and comfortable mattresses. Rooms are spacious and contain small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. We also had maid service.

The pillows and bedding. Would have liked the bed a lot more if it was a King. I called and requested a king and they said no problem. Didn't get one. Bathroom too small. Makeup mirror did not work. Lamp was burned out. Location convenient to everything. Rooms kind of small, especially bathroom. Had to ask to have our room changed. The first room was very noisy because of a huge air conditioning system under the window. Pillows and bedding very nice, just wish we would have gotten the king size bed that we requested.

It was a good quality hotel with many amenities. There was a wedding going on and some very noisy guests yelled nearby late at night. Excellent hotel. The late night noise from the wedding group was annoying but the hotel responded immediately with security.

My husband and I had a great time during our stay at the Hilton. We enjoyed all the activities they had for guests, like the wine pairing they had one night and the swan feedings. The "Swan Master" was great entertainment! The staff were always courteous and engaging. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing getaway that we really enjoyed. We are planning to come back again in the spring.

The staff was lovely, meals were Excellent, room was clean and comfortable. I was a diamond member until recently. After I had a few bad experiences at other Hilton properties, I decided to switch to Marriott. However, this hotel changed my mind!!! The staff and services were excellent! It should be a model for other hotels! I will definitely stay here again!

The location of the Hotel was convenient for me. I flew into Penn. International and had an easy time finding the Hotel. The staff was curtious, friendly, and seemd to have a very good sense of humor. My room was nice and the landscaping was nice, but the pool was empty and had a pool light under repair sitting on the side of the pool and that looked bad. The restarount was excellent, and the wait staff was very professional and kind. Check out was as simple as it gets.

We stayed for just one night on our way to another destination but the hotel was clean, comfortable, very nicely furnished and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They have a calling of the swans from the lake on the property at 5:30pm and that was interesting and enjoyable. The swan-master was informative and pleasant. We ate in the main dining room and the dinner was excellent. I would highly recommend this Hilton Hotel.
