Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very old looking. The hotel was a very nice and friendly place. Would definitely recommend it to my family.

Good location. Too much construction, rooms needed up gradation, and parking garage too small. The rooms were overpriced. I think the rooms price was based on the name 'Hilton' alone. There was a smell of sewer in the room. The bath tubs would not drain. Construction workers should start working during normal working hours 9-5. Hotels are for resting and they were not considerate!

The beds were very comfortable. Construction. This hotel would be nice if it weren't for the annoying construction that began at 8 am and did not end until 6 pm. Also the hotel is very old, which adds charm in some cases but the air did not work well, it was either really cold or really hot and the furniture was not in the best repair. I would not stay at this hotel again, until I was sure the construction was complete!

Less than 20 words hotel is a dump. Can't do it in 20 words of less. Entrance is filthy and filled with smokers. Room was not clean and not serviced properly. Needs a great deal of assistance in the housekeeping department.

My 6 year old couldn't swim in the heated pool because the water was very cold. The exercise center was being renovated and so I couldn't exercise. The handle on the shower kept falling off. Employees were nice and the room otherwise was okay. Good location but building not much to look at. We had reservation for 2 nights but stayed just 1.

From walking in to the front desk to the bell-person putting me in the cab back to the airport everyone was friendly and helpful. Requested services were attended to very quickly. It was clean. It was comfortable. The location was great in relation to city sight-seeing. Cabs were also readily available. What more could one want from a place to stay?

It's a great hotel and location for the Disnet trip. The hotel had plenty of room, lots of 'Mickey' subconscious advertising. The theme resort was reminescent of the century's. Plenty of space to entertain yourself in the property. as with any Disney resorts, you can visit the other properties and see where you want to stay next time. Would definitely stay there again.Food availability at the cafeteria were very limited. Its very expensive for an average cafeteria type food. Pool was warm even in April. Defintely try other restaurants in the area...make reservations!

This may be the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at. Over the last 5 years I have spent 100s of nights in hotels for business and pleasure. I visit Savannah twice a month for business and I have stayed at this hotel several times. Each time I say I will never stay there again, these last two stays were the straws that broke the camels back. While they are going a huge renovation (which I understand) the service from the staff is really what needs attention. I experienced several problems and nobody seemed to care. Save you money and stay somewhere else. There are many newer hotels to choose from, this one is not worth it at all.

The staff was very friendly. The room was kindof old and outdated. We went out touring and we came back later that evening and our room, which had been fine before, was burning up. We called the desk and someone came immediately to look at it . We were switched to a different room with no questions asked,that was very nice. I guess on a scale of 1-10 I would rate the hotel a 6.But they were in the process of renovating.

The hotel is centrally in the historic district and walking distance to many attractions. Bathroom was not clean (toilet and tub area); a/c hard to control. The best thing about the Hilton is the location and reasonable, convenient parking. Disappointed with the room in that (a) bath facilities were not clean; (b) for a 3-star facility, room decor dated (c) air conditioning antiquated - not comfortable. Bed was comfortable and desk accommodation was good for business traveler.

The renovated room we had was fine.. The restaurant was not opened during our stay. The hotel was under construction. The noise was terrible. Please wait to stay at this hotel until the renovation is completed. They drill, use the jackhammer from 9 am until 6:30 pm every day. My husband did not feel well and the noise made it even worse.

Hotel staff was pleasant and friendly. Room service staff was extremely friendly. I wanted a king bed and was told I couldn't give I didn't book through the hotel. The hotel was very nice and in a great location. The staff was very nice and informative. My best experience was with the extremely nice room service staff. My room was a standard room that you would find in any hotel and didn't have the same feel as the rest of the hotel. I wanted a king bed but was informed that was only possible if I had booked through the hotel. Also, the gym was not up to date and the pool was under construction; though, I only heard construction once.

This was a very clean, beautiful, friendly, convenient, wonderful place to spend the night in Savannah! My shower was a little on the cold side due to not much hot water. Close to the market downtown where all the fun and food is!

Whenever we saw a member of the staff they inquired whether we were enjoying our stay. We did hear the elevator in our room. We were very impressed with the hotel and the staff. The hotel was clean and the staff were anxious to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. It was within walking distance to great eating and sights in Savannah.

The hotel was in a very convenient location in the city of Savannah for all the downtown and area sites. The hotel was in disarray due to renovations, none of the hotel restaurants available, bar at the pool was not opened and looked like it wasn't. Great location, hotel was in renovation mode and there were many amenities not available.

The staff was very willing to help us out in any way. There was construct due to renovations. However, they only worked from 9-6. The renovated rooms were very nice and comfortable. Great Location!

My wife and I were on vacation. Check-in at hotel was very quick, no waiting. We were met by very friendly staff who offered immediate assistance. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Although some areas of hotel are going through renovation, we were not disturbed at all, during our stay. Would definitely stay there again, as a matter of fact, we are looking forward to our next visit.

The location in the historic district & being able to walk to see everything. The food, the room, the atmosphere, and being able to walk to all the places we what'd to see and to eat at was great.

It was very clean, located in an excellent area, very comfortable and the staff was excellent when we got there. I was really turned off when I called the hotel prior to the trip. The people who answered the phones where short to the point and a bit rude. The hotel was great and I am very please at what we got for the price. I would definitely stay there again and again. The only thing that really concerned me was prior to the trip when I called to verify my reservations and ask a couple of questions. The people who answered the phones were very short and a bit rude. I was really concerned at that quality of the hotel and questioned what we were getting and if we should stay there. The impression on the phone did not match the hotel's image and the stay there.
