Hotel was fantastic. Bag handler dropped and broke something in our bag. Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice location, lobby looks good. Rooms were average, pull out couch, very cheap model. The hotel is n a nice location. Has nice pool, whirlpool was not working. I was disappointed when they told me there were none available and offered me a couch or roll out bed. I did not have a good night sleep on a sofa bed. The hotel was almost empty when I checked in and I felt like they just didn't want to give me the correct room, A notch down from the Millennium.

Clean. Poor service and amenities. We were told upon our arrival our room would be ready in ten minutes, but were among several guests who waited over an hour past check in for our rooms to be ready. The hotel has many amenities--star bucks, full restaurant--however they were all closed during our weekday stay. Not a particularly convenient location although the hotel does offer shopping shuttle. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

High speed internet in room, very comfortable. My hairdryer didn't work in the am, and the staff was not helpful in replacing it in a timely fashion. Very nice.

The room, bed & bathroom are clean and roomy. The bathroom has fishy smell. I would like to stay at this Hilton Hotel again.

I stayed in this hotel while in Durham for a wedding. Every thing was great except for what happened AFTER I checked out of the hotel. I left my dress by mistake in the hotel room closet. The room had been cleaned by the time I called the hotel. I was informed by the hotel & housekeeping managers that there was NO DRESS in the closet. The room was not rented the next day, so the only person(s) in the room after I left was housekeeping. Somewhere in NC, a woman is walking around with a beautiful BCBG dress. I expected more from Hilton hotels. They've lost a loyal customer. :-(

Very attractive and spacious room. The lobby was undergoing renovations and the work was quite noisy. Easy drive to downtown Durham as well as Duke University. Attractive rooms and lobby. Has a decent workout facility and a guest laundry.

Good room, free newspapers. Location is somewhat remote. This was a nice, easy stay - short, but easy check-in and out. Unlike my stay there two days later, everything worked (phones, Internet, etc.)

Friendly staff. Television didn't work well, no safe in the hotel room. Decent hotel - not as nice as other Hilton hotels but since its in Durham. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious. The television didn't work very well and there was no safe in the room, which was annoying. The other amenities like high speed internet access, comfortable bed, comfortable chairs were nice. Really great staff.

The hotel staff and accommodations were outstanding. Our room exceeded expectations, even for the Hilton! Nothing comes to mind. The hotel was beautifully decorated. Public areas were inviting and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was wonderful. Nicely decorated and perfect for a business, leisure or family traveler. Would love to stay there again on our next visit to Durham.

The hotel lobby is lovely and my room was spacious, clean and very nicely appointed. The bed was very comfortable! The sink in the bathroom was clogged, but other than that, everything was fine.

The hotel was everything I was looking for while in the area. The internet connection in the room was defective. Did not have it repaired before my check out date. Overall an enjoyable stay. Everything was as it should be except for the internet issue. I have no other complaints.

This hotel was part of an air-hotel-car package and was conveniently located. While we only stayed one night, we really appreciated the comfortable beds and quiet room (although on a Sunday night, there may have not been very many guests). We didn't use enough of the services to rate them, but did use the fitness facility and thought it was very nice.

I made a reservation for an accessible room, didn't have one when I arrived. I am handicapped, they couldn't get me a handicap room. Arrived in room, someone had been in there and used washcloths, bed was sat on and a newspaper was in room (had been read). Hotel front desk gave me meal vouchers, they said that I was put on the executive floor because they couldn't give me the room I reserved. That still didn't help me get up off the toilet (handicap toilets are higher). Now what?

Room size, comfortable bed, recently updated. My ac broke in the room, but not their fault. It is an excellent hotel one of the nicest in Durham. Had room service breakfast, exceeded expectations. My ac broke in my room, but very speedy to get it repaired and ultimately had to move me to another room. These things happen, but speedy about it.

It was beautiful bother inside and out. The rooms were in top shape and very clean. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again. There was nothing I did not like about this hotel. This hotel was absolutely beautiful, with a friendly staff.

Close to Duke University. Junky room, but they are being renovated this summer. Nice staff, but some of the rooms are shabby and being renovated. The hot tub was not working. $3 for a cup of coffee in the lobby.

The people were friendly and efficient hotel very clean. It had no microwave on premises to heat up your food. It was clean, friendly, safe and efficient, great location andI would recommend to any and everyone.

Some of the rooms have dark, outdated bath fixtures and flooring. Overall, the hotel was average. There seem to be some small cosmetic updates that would really improve the general impression guests may have of the property. For example, many doors have scratches and worn areas that could be easily sanded and restained. The flooring and countertops in the first room I received was dark and looked like it needed updating.

Free WiFi. Nice and well decorated, close to Duke University. Lots of restaurants and fast food places close by. Starbucks coffee in the lobby.

Very clean and comfortable room. This hotel had a great location near Duke University. Lobby and rooms were tastefully decorated. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The bed pillows were Devine. The outer door appeared jimmied and the lock worked only with great difficulty. A wonderful night's sleep and the best hotel pillows I have ever encountered.
