The location was good. The staff was extremely unhelpful and non-friendly, especially the bellman. This hotel has a good location, off I-385, convenient to the Haywood Mall and restaurants. The staff, however, is not good. The front desk person was not trained in checking me in and had quite a few problems including having to ask for my credit card multiple times. The bellman never asked to assist my family (wife and infant) with our luggage -- eventually we had to get a luggage cart ourselves and take up our luggage. When I returned the cart, the bellman pulled out a cell phone and started talking and never acknowledged me. We had a similar experience with the bell staff during checkout. Overall, this hotel was extremely mediocre.

It was classy and clean. This hotel is conviently located near the city. FRee parking. Nice pool and exercise area. Nice restaurant.

Very clean rooms with super comfy beds. The hotel provides fine value in a super convenient location, both for downtown Greenville and shopping. Views from the upper floors are magnificent, if you can avoid falling asleep immediately under the thick duvets covering the super comfortable king size beds.

Great location near the interstate highway. Room was not warm when we got there. If you are traveling to and staying in Greenville, S.C. we recommend the Hilton.

Very comfortable. Somewhat noisy in the hallways. The hotel was very convenient for us and was an excellent place to stay. I don't feel that I can be too picky but I wished there was a refrigerator in the room. We could hear the people in the room next door but not understand their words.

Very nice and comfortable. The room did not have a microwave or refrigerator. This hotel was very nice. The room was really nice as well. I would stay there again and recommend it to everyone.

Very nice and was very affordable for the money. Pool area, it was steamy and hard to sit in the area while kids swam. Really enjoyed our stay. We had adjoining rooms for our children and the space was awesome. It was very clean, and housekeeping was prompt and helpful. I would like a better area for indoor pool. It was steamy because water was warm and they had doors that opened in the summer.

Beautiful lobby, exceptionally clean room, well appointed shower head was too low (other guest is 6'4" male) It lived up to my expectations - aesthetically pleasing, clean, private.

The hotel was in an excellent and safe location. Very convenient to shopping and to the downtown area. Traffic can be a hassle, but not terrible for a city this size. The staff was excellent in every way and I received an instant upgrade. The room was spotless and the bed was to die for. Free wireless was a nice bonus.

Bring a lot of cash with you to pay for this stay. Be advised this hotel will not take credit cards for payment. My daughter was moving from Greenville and we wanted to pay for her stay of one night. What happened made me angry. After speaking to my daughter, her experience was appauling. I called the manager and he told me that I could not pay for her stay period no matter what (no debit card, no credit card no matter how excellent my credit is or even if my bank or credit card company) called to OK the transaction. I work at a church and we help people with a place to stay and we pay the hotel with credit card. The way I was treated I may never go to a Hilton or that one ever. With the price of everything now I can't afford to travel for vacations or anything besides work and the grocery store. For this hotel not being willing to work with me, is unforgiving. It will take all of us to stand up and tell them it was wrong of them to treat this customer unkind. My husband calls it something else. Thanks for listening because they are not.

What a great experience we had at this hotel. The pick up to and from the airport was especially convenient and reliable. Even when we had a very early flight (6:45 AM) out on Sunday mornng they were there to take us to the airport. The staff was especially friendly. The business center was very useful. It is just a short walk across the street to a pretty convenient mall with TJMaxx, etc. This was a good Hilton experience!!

Great location and old world charm. Valet was slow. Great location in historic Savannah, rooms are nice although small, but standard size for the area. It's a good walk from the entrance to the elevators, which for my elderly mother was a bit difficult, but the staff was excellent and very nice.

Wonderful beds and linens/Nicely decorated lobby for Christmas. Noisy neighbors yelling in the hallway who had to be reported to hotel desk. Overall experience was excellent; though we were surprised to find that such an upscale hotel was cutting costs so as to have to charge for use of the computer both in the room and lobby. Since the Hampton Inns and Marriott's now rival the Hilton's in decor and bed comfort; I am wondering if the Hilton is in trouble. Since the hotel was a drive into the town of Greenville, we found it easier to take our meals in town while we were shopping and going to the Peace Center so we did not get a chance to rate the food.
