The rooms were newly remodeled and nicely decorated. Location is great if you are flying in or out but I wouldn't stay at that location again unless I were traveling. Nice hotel but location is not good unless you are flying in or out of logan. It is really for the traveler or business person. Parking rate of $32.00 is high. Beautifuly decorated rooms. We had a corner king so it was a little bigger than average.

The shuttle service to the subway and water taxi. High food prices. The staff was efficient and pleasant, my TV did not work and they immediately sent someone when I called. It took a while to repair so they gave me a free movie. I like the proximity to all the transportation in the airport.

Great room. It even had one of those pillow tray things so you can work from your bed. The gift shop was the only place to buy items, and the selection was quite limited. It was excellent. Right in the airport. Nice room. Really friendly and helpful front desk.

Great location by the airport with shuttle to terminals every 15 minutes. Room was somewhat small. Nice 4 star hotel located at the airport. Convenient for travel as they have a shuttle to the terminals every 15 minutes. Good health club facilities. Lobby and common areas are nice and welcoming. Internet access is not free and somewhat expensive at $15/day.

Location was great, easy access to Boston and highways. Left garbage in hallways all night. Extra fees for everything. Overall the hotel is really nice. It is convenient - with easy access to highways/T and airport. However, there are extra fees for parking which run you about $36+ per day. Also, the cleaning staff left something to be desired - there was garbage in the hallways all night while we were there - leftover food and pizza boxes. If you don't go into Boston, the hotel restaurants are definitely overpriced also, but that is to be expected.

"A colleague and I stayed here recently and loved it. The staff were extremly helpful at navigating the ""T"", which is the best way to navigate Boston. The shuttle driver's gave great advice on Boston sightseeing. Not to keen on the restuarant, but that is the only drawback."

Shuttles to the airport, subway, train, and water taxis - roundtrip! No mini-refrigerator in the room. It was overall great. We were treated very well, the room was beautiful, big, and comfortable. It was conveniently located, and the shuttle was such a bonus. Internet, computers, and printing were available for free. We had a great stay there.

Spacious, friendly and responsive to requests. Room service, food quality was average. Overall, great location (connected to the airport) and great service! Room was large enough for me and my 3 kids without feeling closed in. Definitely on the expensive side for me, but would definitely recommend for those able to afford it. Again great service, clean and responsive.

Excellent staff. They made an adjustment for us with no problems. The room was clean and ready. For walkers - take the connection to the airport. You can walk a good distance all indoors. Would definitely stay here again.

I thought the Hilton Boston Logan was a very pleasant experience. The staff was courteous and helpful the spa and pool area was very nice and we loved the walking path that circled the hotel!

front desk, valet and housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The 24 hour shuttle service was a a great convenience. We were dropped off at the subway, the driver told us the best connections to make for the visit we planned and handed us the 800 number to call when we arrived back. We arrived back after midnight and the shuttle was there within minutes.

I stayed here to attend a conference downtown. The location was a little remote, but there was shuttle service to the event through my organization. There is really nothing nearby except the airport, so plan on driving (and praying) or taking a cab (and paying). Hotel parking was right across the street - convenient but expensive. Everyone at the hotel was very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. I was on a floor that was split, half smoking, half non. The smell was overwhelming when I got off the elevator, but not really noticeable in the room. I had a view of one of the airport terminals. It was so close I could see in the window of the planes, but no noise! I couldn't believe it. The tvs only go up to a certain level, so you won't hear them through the walls. Unfortunately, you can barely hear them from your bed either. Overall this was a nice hotel. Top prices looked scary, but I paid on the lower end of the range and I thought it was fair. Not a destination itself, but fills the niche for a night or two. And, did I mention the extremely comfortable beds? :-)

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The Executive Lounge was very convenient. The bathroom was cold and it was difficult to adjust the heat in the room. Front desk staff was polite, efficient and accommodating. The Concierge in the Executive Lounge on Thursday evening was very helpful and informative regarding restaurants in Boston.

Can walk from Logan to hotel. Extremely high prices in restaurant/room service. Hotel is conveniently located via sky-bridge from central parking and terminals. Great fitness center and steam room. Food in the hotel restaurant was small portions and expensive. Breakfast buffet was great in variety and quality but it should be at over 30 per person.

The bellmen was friendly and helpful and room service was wonderful! The location; tolls every time you leave; no amenities around hotel. Besides the location. We had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff made us feel at home and was very friendly.

Extremely helpful reservation-desk personnel. Room amenities were complete, including bathroom incidentals. Great shower head--I wish I had one like it at home. The dining area, off the lobby, was very comfortable, with tasty dishes. Connolly's Pub, also off-lobby, has cheerful, pubbish atmosphere, terrific burgers and draft beer! Comfortable bed, wide-screen TV with multiple channels as well as onscreen hotel menu. Phone with easy-to-use call system, including automated wakeup calls. Terry robes, ironing board, luggage racks--what more could a traveling grandma ask for?
