Excellent professional and courteous staff. Helpful and attentive. Their high speed Internet service was problematic. Their Internet service was problematic. It took over an hour for me to be able to log on. Their service provider was working on the problem, but did not call me back to check to see if the problem was resolved until about 2.5 hours after the initial service call. Had I not continually tried to get on line and check email, I would not have known the problem was finally resolved.

when we needed the staff, they were very helpful. No coca cola in the vending machine. The Whyndham is a lovely and quiet hotel. The hotel staff is efficient and friendly. Although there was construction on our floor, we were not disturbed.

Clean large room,food good a little pricey It was a fair distance from airport Shuttle service was good but a distance to airport. Staff were good and food good but pricey.

Free transportation to and from the airport We were told that the area is not a very safe one. Greenspoint is also known as Gunspoint by the locals. We had no problems though. This is a beautiful large conference center hotel. It is right across the street from a large shopping center. We did a one night pre Galveston curise stay here. The free shuttle to and from the airport was very convient. We were upgraded to an executive suite at no extra cost. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were told that the area is not a safe one to roam around at night. We did walk to the IHOP the next morning and had no problems.

It was a nice hotel with a nice staff. The construction in the area wasn't easy to get around. Everything about the hotel was very accomodating and friendly.

My stay was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. I had to change rooms 3x before I got one that was satisfactory.

The lobby area was lovely; comfortable bed The room seemed to be missing furniture, perhaps poor layout. The hotel room was kind of dumpy. Not particularly nice or well-appointed. Lacked a dresser!? The "armoire" was cheap, slightly broken. Just not that impressive a room.I wish I had NOT been "upgraded" from 2 1/2 stars.

Room was great; Starbucks in lobby. Desk clerk somewhat abrupt. This hotel was very nice for a three star. The room was fabulous and very clean.

Customer service very good. Van times to airport and other places. Overall, pretty good but had to rent a car due to hotel transportation issues.

The atrium of this hotel was very beautiful. The hotel rooms are larger than what I am used to. I would definitly recommend this hotel to others, although there is not a lot for children to do. The pool is not enclosed. Having a Starbucks in the lobby was a nice surprise.

We were in Houston for 3 days of business. Rooms were quiet, roomy, and clean. Restaurant was great and reasonably priced. Even though the hotel was completely booked, service and facilities were great.

Lobby was beautiful. Nice workout facility. Large room. Uncomfortable bed. Shabby linens. Shabby surroundings. I don't this hotel should be rated as highly as it was. I got a great price but I had no idea it was in such a dim area. The bed was not comfortable and the bedding was average. I expected much more from a Wyndham brand hotel.

It was immaculate, staff was very friendly and just great environment. This was one of the best hotels that I have every stayed in. Rooms were very clean and people were friendly and overall it was just great!
