The room was great. The breakfast menu was overpriced for the amount and kind of food. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and having the Starbucks in the hotel was downright awesome. Most hotel coffee is too weak. The location was great. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Very comfortable beds and attractive décor. Still charges for internet service - that's very old-school. Very attractive hotel. Recently redecorated and updated. Close to many restaurants, shopping, etc. Still charging for high-speed internet, which is a pretty outdated concept. Even the budget hotels are now offering free internet - Hilton needs to rethink that part of their service.

The Hilton North Raleigh is a great hotel. The rooms are very large, the bedding and furniture are updated and look pretty new. IIts in a convenient location, close to the freeway and easy to find. My only complaint would be the Internet access. First, you have to pay for internet access which I think at this day in age should be standard. I paid the internet fee but spent two hours trying to get connected. The wireless is pretty weak and after trying a number of ways to get connected, including calling Tech Support 4 times, I gave up and went downstairs and requested they cancel the Internet fee. They did remove it from my bill, however I didn't receive much concern or apology from the Front Desk. Luckily, there is a cafe downstairs that makes Starbucks drinks, so that made up for the internet issue. Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel, it was a very nice stay.

The Hilton North Raleigh is a terrible place to stay. The management there is terrible. The staff knows more than the managers and they make more money than them. The staff was very courteous with directing me to management, but the management couldn't resolve the issues I had. They are a disgrace and rude. This is not a real hilton.

The location was convenient. It was not comparable to other 3 stars we have stayed at. The hotel room was not clean, appeared old and unkempt. The beds were comfortable but the overall feeling was 2 star quality.

Recently renovated rooms, plasma TV, and good location. None. This is one of my favorite places to stay in Raleigh. The staff is very accommodating. The newly renovated rooms are really great. This hotel is a good value.

Clean rooms, nice pool, and everything is working in order. Had to pay for internet access & business center. Nice hotel, but since it's considered a premiere chain, nothing is free. No complimentary coffee in the lobby, no free wireless (9.95 a day!), and no free business center.

Liked the down comforters. Did not like the fact that they put us in a room the 1st night right in front of the elevator and we heard everything all night up to 4 am with no sleep. We felt like we should have been compensated for the night's stay since we didn't get any sleep due to having us in a room right in front of the elevator. We were not satisfied.

Spacious, clean room, nice amenities, impressive fitness center, good food, professional staff. Only complaint: exterior is not impressive - I was nervous as I pulled up and parked. Was pleasantly surprised at the inside. While the exterior is misleading, once you get inside, this place is top-notch. I was checked in very promptly, and got to my clean, spacious room to find all the amenities I could hope for. After a trip to the fitness center, I was doubly impressed: a variety of cardio, cable weight, free weight and other accessories allowed me to have a full workout. Room service was prompt and delicious, and the staff was friendly and courteous. I will definitely stay here again any time I visit Raleigh and would recommend to anyone.

Love the room. Staff is not friendly or hospitable. One of my favorite hotels within my business travel budget. Really nice room for comfort and work. Clean and nice public areas. Both the restaurant and attached sports bar are adequate places to eat. Location is convenient. The only short coming is the cold and impersonal atmosphere of the hotel. The staff gets the work done, but there is no concept of hospitality.
