The rooms were very clean and nice. No free breakfast, not good for family. Loved the location, right off the freeway. Didn't like that it didn't have a free breakfast. Very clean and cared for.

I especially liked the comfortable beds. TV was real small and hard to see from the chair. The hotel, room, and service were great. I would stay there again.

The bed. Lighting in the bathroom. Looks like the carpet is new and things have been upgraded lately. I wish they would have told us that the restaurant closed at 9:00. Everything we read said 10:00, so we were so disappointed when we went to dinner at 9:00 and were turned away.

The staff was very friendly and helpful; rooms were very nice and comfortable. Wireless internet should be included in price. I've been to other 3+ star hotels and had it included. We really enjoyed the hotel the first night, but second night they were hosting a Christmas party and had a live band in one of their conference rooms with music so loud we could hear it loudly in our 4th floor room until midnight or so. Not too kosher when you have a baby. Other than that we did enjoy our stay there.

Location. I would liked to have known that it was under remodeling construction - and the ice machine didn't work on the floor I was on. Excellent location for shopping and dining.

Large rooms, close to everything I needed. Smoke odor is strong throughout hotel, even in non-smoking rooms. The rooms are much nicer than I had expected. They were very spacious.

The Hilton is always great from the viewpoint of the front desk but then you get tonyour room and it sucks. The Mesa Hilton smells like cigarette smoke from the moment you walk in.

My wife and I were checked in very quickly with no hassle or catches. There was a gathering of different churches and the hotel was packed, my wife and I thought we wouldn't get any sleep. We could not hear anybody once we got in the room and shut the door. The room was clean and the bed was amazing. The bathroom had plenty of towles and the adustable shower head had a great massage feature which we needed after we had to deal with the stress of families and her sister's wedding. The breakfast was worth the money!

Not the place to stay if you want to be close to the action of Glendale however rooms very clean and people great!Warning--meals very expensive!example $28.00 for lunch 2 people.

Nice location. It was noisy with the remodeling that was being done. I'm sure this is a nice hotel but when you are awakened in the morning to construction noise and electric tools, it was annoying. We'll give it another try sometime after the remodeling is completed.

Clean, nice TV, nice sized fridge. Staff was fabulous. Bit of an ant problem in the bathroom, but not everywhere. Very nice. The pool was great. The kids loved it. My only complaint was that they didn't offer two queens.

My experience was so bad that I can't affirm this Hotel. They didn't have the room for me, even though I am a VIP gold member. My experience was horrible. Got there with my family at 1:00 a.m. They told me that they didn't have a room form me, that they wanted to send me to another hotel of two stars. Two other gentlemen came with a reservation and they honor them but not me. I am a VIP Gold member of the Hilton but they didn't honor me. They send me with the wrong directions to another area (Tempe). They promised to contact me and when they did; they promise to send me an e-mail regarding how will they be able to give me a complementary stay for another day, but I have not receives the email yet.
