Had a nice view. Dirty rooms, impolite staff, small beds, sink that did not work. Staff was very rude. No parking. The sink was plugged up. Power went out and it took a long time to get any one to address problem. Beds were extremely small. Gave us smoking room when we requested non-smoking and would not accommodate a change. Would not recommend staying there!

Its location at the point. The cost of parking. The hotel is at a great visual location for the city, but you need a car or taxi to get around. The cost of parking at the hotel is high.

The concierge and staff were very good. Bad room condition, poor response to the missing service elements, more promises than delivery. We knew that the hotel was undergoing some renovation but we were put into a room that was unfinished, missing furniture and with water leaking from the bottom of the toilet and broken heating system. It took two days to fix the heating, three days to fix the toilet; we had the room serviced on only 2 of the 5 days that we stayed there. The staff was very courteous but ultimately made poor service choices and did not follow through on promises that were made.

Location. Small room, dated and worn hallways, very noisy and poor sound insulation. The hotel was undergoing renovation, and windows were frosted. Very poor sound insulation and noisy neighbors made for a sleepless night. Hallways were very outdated and worn. Definitely needs an update for a Hilton! Parking staff was rude due to large party that evening, and were not accommodating even regarding drop off.

Great location. Nice view of the point near river area. Hotel was dark and dirty. $10 fee to use wireless network that does not work. Run around from front desk when I complained. Stayed at the Marriott City Center on a previous trip. Hard to believe it has the same rating as the Hilton - the Marriott was much nicer. I need internet access when I travel and was upset to find out that not only was there a fee to access the wireless network ($10 per day) but the network does not work (faded in and out, signal was never strong). When I complained to the front desk they basically said "yeah - it doesn't work". I ended up having to work in a cafe in another part of town (where wireless access was free). The combination of the worn-down condition of the hotel and lack of internet access made me wonder why they are given a 3 star rating.

Close to where I had to be, helpful and friendly staff. The shower. I'm not especially picky when it comes to hotels, so maybe what I have to say won't be that meaningful, but, with the exception of the shower, this one certainly met my expectations. The problems with the shower were that there was no non-slip surface on the shower's floor, and the mechanism to get the water to come out of the shower head was almost impossible to find. I solved the first problem with a towel under my feet. One of the maintenance staff solved the other one for me.

Location was great. Staff was very friendly. Bathroom had an odor and needed updated. If you are looking to attend an event at the North Shore or the Cultural District - this hotel is a great location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable but I was disappointed with the bathroom. It smelled awful and needed some updating.

The online travel website was very clear that there was construction going on at this hotel, but the convenience of it overcame any obstacles that the construction might have presented. The room was small but lovely and we were very pleased with the convenient downtown location for the price. Nice room service breakfast.

This hotel is way overpriced for the quality. The rooms were nice but it was a very bad experience. They promised a crib but then couldn't provide one at check in. We were told 3 different times one would be up to the room, but when we went to the front desk they were completely out. The hotel wasn't staffed appropriately for the 4th of July holiday either. The VIP breakfast was a complete joke! Bagels, cold cereal, and a few peices of fruit didn't amount to much. I won't ever stay there again...

We had a good experience. The staff were helpful and even gave us a room overlooking the river for my kids to enjoy. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Parking was of course an issue but that is so most places in Pittsburgh. We only stayed one night but would have liked to stay more and will definately return in the future.

First off the Employee's are wonderful, the hotel is beautiful but the management is terrible. I surprised my wife by taking her to the place I proposed five years ago. I had it all set up same hotel, same table (Thanks to X, the restaurant manager) and a suite. The night started off bad when after a 15 minute wait in traffic in front of the hotel we found out that their Valet Parking was full. Their response drive two blocks and park it yourself. One women from out of town got so angry that she threw her keys at the Valet and said ""My car is right over there, park it yourself"" After dropping off my wife and finding a garage ($16 for one night) I waited 15 minutes just to check in (Their website says there is a special kiosk that suite guests can check in but I never saw it) When we got to our room the problems started. No soap No Fridge (which they did bring too us) One remote for two tv's (The housekeeper did give us one but it did not work) No robes No Champagne and Strawberries (which were delivered later after 4 phone calls with the front desk) The room looked new but the furniture was scuffed. Now onto dinner This dinner was $70 and it was terrible. The soup was cold. The beef was cold and dry with potatoes so overcooked they looked a dog had relieved himself on the tray. The dessert was the only good thing about the meal (other than the free bottle of champagne our waiter gave us after apologizing repeatedly) My wife and I will NEVER return too this hotel again. To sum up: If you want a beautiful room, great food, Incredible service go to the Omni William Penn!!!

The location was excellent for PNC and Heinz field. Great water pressure in the shower with consistent hot water. Poor lighting in the hallways The hotel does need renovations, carpeting was very thin and had spots on it. Walls are thin, heard entire phone conversations from the person in the next room. Rooms are very small. Bed were comfortable.

Awesome beds, bedding, and pillows $24.00 per night to park in the hotel garage Great view of the three river meeting at the point if you have a river-view room. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Beds are great. Concierge service is top notch. Good location. Check-in parking is very crowded.

The suite that we stayed in was new and comfortable. Remodeling and making us stay on the same floor/parking was terrible. Well you should renovate hotel floors one at a time and not expect people to stay on floors that are and most important the parking was terrible.

Nothing. The bathrooms were too small, and the valet was lazy. I was not impressed with the Pittsburgh Hilton one bit. First off it was under renovation and we were put in a room on a floor under renovation. The bathroom in the room was very small with an odd shower design. There was no other mirror in the room at all which made it difficult to get ready for two people. The valet was slow retrieving the car, and frankly, the staff was down right rude with the exception of the door man. Would not stay here again.

Quality location, good room, very friendly! Window was frosted, unable to see outside; limited parking availability. Pros: in the heart of the golden triangle, extremely friendly, very clean. A very good first experience at a Hilton. Cons: the window was frosted over to prevent seeing outside. Aside from the (expensive) valet, very little parking was available. Overall, an excellent experience.

Friendly, home to the Steelers and all of their crazy fun fans, what a trip. All of the Steeler fans were trying to leave at once. This place was great. An excellent location in the city with easy luxuries on site. Plus, the Steelers stay there the night before a game which was a complete surprise to we Minnesotans. We met some pretty famous people, although we had no idea who they were. It was great. And now we are big fans.
