I really like the staff they are really a great group of people. I stay here almost every two weeks for work and they always make me feel so welcome. The coffee maker in the bathroom why? I don't even make coffee in my bathroom at home, why would I do it in a hotel that is so nasty. I really like it there. The staff is so friendly. What ever they are making its not enough. The only thing I would change is the coffee maker in the bathroom. I really like to make it in the morning, but not in the bathroom so nasty. Also may be a paper I like to read the paper before I go to sleep. Its like watching the godfather movie it just makes me go to sleep.

The front desk made us feel very welcomed. The carpet in the room was badly stained, but clean. The front desk was very kind and went out of their way to help us get directions to places close by. The staff was wonderful.

Location to great America and movie theater. Pool was too small. Great hotel small in size, but great for trip to great America, close to San Jose Santa row, movie theater, airport.

I liked the size of the flat screen television in my room. The breakfast was cold and overpriced and the cleaning staff was below par.

Great location. Only one restaurant. Hotel is next door to Great America Park and has all a traveler needs including indoor swimming pool for exercise in winter months.

The flat screen TV was a huge bonus for my husband. The AC did not seem to keep the room cool. Pretty warm at times even at its highest settings. Probably how it was situated in the wall. We loved the rooms. They were clean and very inviting. The bed was so comfortable and I especially loved the decor of the bathrooms. We both loved the flat screen TV!

It was very comfortable and the staff was super friendly. The sheets in our room hadn't been changed although the bed was made, had to change room. I would recommend it for a stay in Silicon Valley. The rooms were comfortable and nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bed was comfy, pillows, luxury. Liked MP3 player option. Bathroom wasnot very large. Hotel was fabulous! Bed had lots of pillows and luxury linens. Alarm clock had convenient MP3 player plug in so could listen to my IPOD.

The front desk lady was very friendly, helpful, were very accommodating to my wife, child and myself. Internet was not free and the room service food was horrendous. Very friendly staff especially to my wife and child which was a very welcome feeling. Wish the food was better and the internet should be free in hotel of this caliber.

This hotel exceeded my expectations withfree H2O in the room, free business center with internet service, calm, peaceful. I loved it! Can't think of a single thing. This hotel was wonderfully calm and peaceful and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the cleanliness and efficiency, and very happy with the free water in my room, and the free internet usage in the business center! It was the best Hilton I've ever stayed at, and I hope to stay there again.

The bed was super comfortable. Housekeeping did not check under the bed prior to my arrival. TV stations were fuzzy on super nice flat screen. This hotel was very close to the freeway. The lobby was inviting. The front desk staff was not only efficient but showed genuine interest in their guests. The elevators were super fast. I only had to wait about 10 seconds each time I called the elevator. The room although not huge was very comfortable. The bed and sheets were great. My view of the pool was nice. I would recommend this hotel to solo travelers. For families great America is next door.
