The Hilton is perfectly located and the rooms are very spacious. Valet parking prices are a bit steep if you need to drive into NYC. The Hilton Times Square is perfectly located if you're planning on going to the theater and spending a lot of time in midtown. The room I stayed in was also one of the largest I've ever stayed in at a Manhattan hotel. I love Hilton's bedding too.

The convenience of the hotel and the courtesy of the lobby staff. The hotel was very clean and promptly cleaned in the morning. The concierge was helpful and assisted us with directions and tickets as well as advice given our short stay. Great place to stay on Times Square.

Location was very good. Two elevators. When I was leaving their was no door man I immediately flagged a taxi to the airport then a door man ran and yelled at me because other taxis were waiting in line. No tip or kickback from a cab driver made him quite upset. I would not stay here again, two different elevators to get to your room, and the beds were just terrible.

Ideal location, spotless room, and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of NYC. The stay started with greeting from the bellmen and a recommendation for a good diner while our room was being prepared. My sister and I were able to switch from a king to 2 doubles to accommodate us both. The hotel provided everything that we needed. It was in the heart of the city and within walking distance to 5th Ave, diamond district, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Broadway and Central Park, but was still quiet at night. All in all, it was a great hotel.

Great location. In the middle of everything, yet didn't hear any of the street noise. Bathrooms smelled like mildew. For the price we paid for the room it was excellent. The location is great, half a block from the subway, close to all of the theaters and yet it was surprisingly quiet (we were on the 32nd floor). Also, awesome view from the room. The bed was extremely comfortable, the hotel staff was courteous, and the room was large for New York standards. On the negative side, the bathroom smelled like mildew and there wasn't an exhaust fan or hairdryer in the bathroom (isn't a 4 star hotel supposed to have a hairdryer in the room?) Also, the prices for the restaurant and fridge in room were incredibly high. And as I read in one review, having someone try to sell you a time share as soon as you step off the elevator isn't very appealing. Overall, I would have been disappointed if I was paying a 4 star hotel price, but for what we paid the hotel was excellent.

Great hotel at great location, very convenient to NYC sightseeing. Great hotel at great location in the heart of times square, very convenient to NYC sightseeing. However, the same location asset makes it not so quiet place (if there is any such thing in NYC).

It's location was excellent and met my expectations. The hotel met it's standard with what I come to expect from a Hilton hotel. Staff was friendly and made us feel welcome.

Great Location and Quality. Parking too expensive. Great hotel in a great location. In the heart of Times Square, the Hilton offers everything within walking distance. The nightlife comes to life with Restaurants, Stores and Theaters all show their glittering lights. Would love to stay there again.

excellent accomodations, very nice view of Empire State building from our room. Very close to subway for getting on and getting to the OPEN. We will definately stay here again.

We went to NYC for this contest my daughter won. The hilton was great. The staff was the friendliest and very helpful. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

I took my wife to NYC for Valentines weekend and the Hilton Times Square was amazing! The location is superb, the rooms were very clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The staff was so helpful with directions, reservations and tips. The hotle has been renovated and looks like a brand new hotel. The Concierge is very helpful. Right near every Broadway show. Make sure your room face 42nd Street for the ultimate view. Go up to 44th street between Broadway and 8th to John's Pizza for the Best pizza in town. Location is right next to the subway entrance on 42nd street. We will stay here on our next visit!

I had great experience at this Hotel. As i arrived too early to check in i left my bags at the hotel and the reservation clerk (Alicia) went over precisly how to get to the Statue of Liberty. She was so pleasant and helpful--went way out of her way to make sure i knew exaclty where i was going. A few hours later i was left 2 messages telling me my roon was ready. The room was magnificient...36th floor and clean as a whistle. Matter of fact the room attendants seemed to clean my room every time i left. Concierge service was also top notch. If you are looking for a great hotel with exceptional service you can't do much better than the Hilton Times Square

This was our first trip to New York, so we wanted to stay in the middle of town. The hotel is well above the street noise, so it was very quiet in the room. The hotel is very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful and security was good. The room was very clean and decorated nicely. The mattress was great! If you want to stay in the Times Square area, this is a great hotel.

Size and amenities of room. Nothing. This is a utilitarian business hotel in a convenient location for Broadway theater. The rooms are comfortable and the location is convenient, but it is not high service.

The hotel was conveniently located and everyone was friendly and helpful. The shower was very loud. The room was huge by NY standards. I did not hear any street noise, which is amazing because the hotel is located in the middle of a very busy area. The staff was friendly. The Crab Tree & Evelyn bath products were a nice plus. Overall, I was delighted. I felt very safe at this hotel.

We had a lot of delays and waits in getting from Pittsburgh to NYC but once we stepped foot in the Hilton, the staff took over and saw to it that our every need was met. One step inside the door, and a staff member took our suitcases and guided us to the lobby where check-in went smoothly. The concierge was able to advise us on our daily trips with 100% accuracy. We loved the hotel and staff.

The room was so peaceful and quiet! That was surprising being in the middle of times square! You shouldn't have to pay $42.00 to valet park your car! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Food prices were a little out of control though! Would definitely go back again!

The room was very tasteful, new linens, marble tops, flat screen TV. Rich in appearence. Windows were in need of a good washing. We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. The room looked as if everything was new. Very clean and well done.

Room was clean. $42 extra to park your car. Overall, the Hilton Times Square is a very nice hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and a decent size for a hotel room in NYC. The hotel had a large lounge area, which was a nice place to relax after seeing a show. While I realize that parking is tight in the city, $42 to park your car seems excessive.
