ALL the hotel staff were very friendly and the location was great. Convenient to book tours at hotel with concierge. Good value for price and would definitely stay here again.

This was the most friendly and best service I have ever received from an Hotel during the last 3 Years travelling through Europe I have never seen such a comfortable and nice Hotel before, very good price and Meeting facilities wonderful, spacious Lobby and the Bar was very good to relax with a drink , after busy meeting day , very new , can only reccommend this Hotel ! Train station is next door with the City Train you are @ the Hotel very fast and don't need to worry about connections from Airport to Hotel. Whenever I travel to Vienna I will choose this Hotel again , it's location cannot be better , right in the City Center. Frank Brian

This Hotel stay was a very nice Honeymoon gift I made to my wife we both enjoeyed the luxury atmosphere and the very friendly and corteuos staff and the excellent Service at the Restaurant during our romantic stay at this nice very new and nice Hotel. We were right at the famous Ringstrasse and walked by feet to St. Stephans Cathedral due to the very close and near distance and Location of the hotel. Can only recommend and definitely come back again when staying in Vienna.

I was able to get a very good rate on hotel and from the map, it looked like a good location. The CAT train that runs from the airport to the city was easy to access and we were pleasantly surprised that the hotel was within in a very short distance from the train station. In fact, the metro was right outside the hotel door and St. Stephan's Cathedral was a short 5-10 min. walk from the hotel. The staff upon our arrival was fantastic - I had booked one night at one rate and then the weekend at another rate. They had no problems with the way that I booked the hotel and they were quite helpful in directions to the city and suggestions for dinner. The rooms were ample size and we had a nice view of the park from our 7th floor room. We had drinks at the bar a few nights and again the staff was really nice, friendly and accommodating. I would come back and I would highly recommend it.

The executive lounge. No free in room internet. Over all the hotel was excellent. The only negative was no free in room internet the way it is in Hilton hotels in the USA.
