Check in and overall experience. Size of bathrooms. Overall the hotel is a good hotel, I still would probably rather stay at a more business class hotel like a Hampton, seems like you get more value there.

Enjoyed the room and atmosphere and found the bed and pillows exceptionally comfortable. Elevators a bit too far from lobby. Excellent and very satisfied over-all.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great happy hour and continental breakfast. The hotel did not offer a lot of activities for the New Year's Eve. The Hilton was clean and had an very warm and cozy feel. Continental breakfast offered a nice variety of foods.

Great price, good location, good room. One light bulb was burned out. Parts of lobby were very cold. Wireless internet access fees. The hotel is an excellent choice in terms of access to Houston. The staff were very helpful in giving directions to various locations.

The attentiveness of the staff, the nice design of the rooms and lobby. The guide books in the rooms were really out of date. Excellent. It was hard to beat.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice. There was no access to Fox Sports on TV and the people next door had children who kept beating or kicking the walls. Though very brief, our stay was overall very pleasant.

We originally booked a king bed but when we walked into our room, it was two double beds. Too tired to go back down to fix. For price of the room, I expected there to be a microwave and refrigerator in the room. No way. Very clean room. Bed was extrememly soft. Lobby area was a glass enclosure that was sure hot!!! Had ceiling fans but did not have them on.

Air conditioning system. Hilton has transformed the room thermostat into a dummy device. No matter what temperature you set it at, you get what Hilton wants you to get which is around 70. I like my room cooler and set the thermostat to 60 and nothing happened. I've noticed this in earlier stays here but the weather was cooler and I did not adjust the thermostat.

The beds are simply heavenly!!!! The last time we stay we were given a handicapped room. Didn't like it. The hotel is in a very good location to the places I shop,and to the hospital I take my sister to. Great restuarants close by. A great place to stay. The staff are very cordial.

The Hotel was great. It exceeded my expectation. The staff was cordial. I think it should have free/cheaper wireless internet connection. It was a great experience at the Westchase Hilton.
