New facilities, modern appointments, great staff. The ridiculous restaurant, the location. A beautiful modern hotel in a terrible location. Very close to the airport, but nothing else. If you want to eat you can either pay almost 25 euros for a shoddy hamburger in their restaurant or drive/taxi somewhere else.

Everything about the hotel was better than expected. The front desk staff spoke excellent english, were very courteous and helpful. the rooms were amazing, all the amenities i expected but an exceptionally stylish and comfortable environment. Although not very close to downtown, there was a free shuttle that took us to the Sol Metro station and it cost us 1 euro to get downtown. A free shuttle also took us to the airport ... very convenient. Breakfast was good, but very pricey. Overall it was a great way to end our vacation and we really enjoyed the hotel and staff.

Clean, modern and elegant decoration. Excellent staff. I would recommend it for any traveler that must stay overnight close to the airport and for any business that needs conference facilities and very nice accommodations for its associats.

The room was extremely comfortable and the staff was excellent. Food is very expensive. Excellent stay if you need a room close to the airport. Rooms are very nice, spacious and comfortable.

This was a one night stay before flying back to the US. The hotel was very convenient to the airport, and had a free shuttle (which saved about 15 euros each way).
