Centrally located to the things we wanted to see near bus and metro lines. Very small rooms. Not enough room for suit cases and walking around without hitting shins on bed frames.

central location bathroom was dirty when I checked in The hotel looks quite nice and the rooms are large. But I had a couple of issues with the hotel. First the bathroom was dirty when I checked into the room. I have never seen this before in a 4* hotel. Secondly, they attempted to charge me for a movie that I never viewed. Luckily the room was prepaid and they didn't have my credit card on file so I didn't even have to put up a fight.

Good location. Nice accommodations. Very small room. Horrible, limited TV selections. Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. It was nice enough, but more like a 3 star hotel. Not many extras. Everything was basic. Room was tiny with 2 single beds. Even though I was alone and requested one larger bed, they told me that they didn't have any and they would upgrade me. This was no upgrade!

Room had nice view of London, bed was comfortable. The hotel had no working pay phone or cash machine. The fixtures in the bathroom were not working properly. The concierge was not helpful. The area around the hotel was suspect. The bed was comfortable.

Room too small. Bed as hard as a rock. We asked housekeeping to send us up a blanket but they didn't have any left. We awoke with back pain from the hardness of the bed and thought that a blanket the second night might make it easier to sleep. We had no problem making our 8:30 am flight!

Nice pool. The hotel completely ruined my stay in London. Completely ruined it, and haven't tried to make it up to me. It is a long story, but the hotels actions caused me to be stranded in London with no place to stay and miss my unchangeable flight back to the us. They have been very corporate and unhelpful as I have tried to get compensation for my trouble. It was a dangerous situation and I will probably have to sue them. And I am not normally a litigious person.

Proximity to Paddington Station. Room not up to Hilton standards. Large and impersonal. Room was bland and had several maintenance issues. Very mediocre for a Hilton. At least leaving was fast due to proximity of Paddington Station.

The service, the follow-up, the cleanliness, and most other aspects of this hotel need improving. Whoever rated this a 4 star hotel hasn't visited it lately. The only good thing is proximity to the tube station

Outstanding cleanliness and comfort. Wireless internet should be free. 15 GBP for 24 hours. Excellent except for not having free wireless. Would not stay there again for that reason.

I stayed in the tower complex, with a fantastic panoramic view of the whole of the south of London, complete with the South Downs. The staff were brilliant. If you were in a queue to book in, Staff would appear from everywhere to help you register. The breakfast was excellent and whatever your taste, it was there for you. A big plus was the size of the double bed. It was huge and would comfortably fit 4. I never saw much of my wife at nights, ha! ha! But on a serious note, I have a fantastic 3 night stay and would recomend this Hotel to anyone.

Good Breakfast. Disinterested staff. Outlets didn't work. TV didn't work. Room service was late. Front desk didn't really care or bother sending anyone for repairs.

My wife and I have stayed here for the last 4 years for a couple of weeks at the first of December and it is ideal due to the location. I have asked for an early check in each year and have yet to receive one but they didn't seem to mind my wife and I sleeping on the couches in the lobby until the 3 PM Check in time when magically the room is available. Lots of ice at the bar in the lobby. This location being close to the Bakerloo and Circle lines makes it ideal to get to any part of London fast and efficiently. The rooms are typical of most three star hotels in London but the Pool and Fitness staff is always top notch. The M & S across the street and the Arabic Tesco knock off on the other street make it ideal for early morning or late night snacks. The value and location are the two keys that make this the best Hotel I have stayed at in London for going on 30 years. The location to the Heathrow Express at Paddington make it nice for an easy arrival and get out of town quick location. If you like Kabobs the eating options are ulimited in the immediate area. I've booked this hotel again for this Christmas so either I am getting soft or this is a pretty darn good Hotel.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and received excellent service. The bed was huge and the bathroom was ample. There are 2 subway stops within a block of the hotel. For the price I paid, On our next trip to London, we will make sure that we stay here again. We even received chocolate, strawberries and champagne in our room ( I guess we looked newlywed).

It has many amenities, friendly helpful staff. The food and in room internet are high priced. The same services are available at establishments out the hotel door. The hotel has two types of rooms, some very small but still with nice bedding and amenities. The larger rooms are very comfortable and much nicer to stay in if you are going to spend any time in the room. Upgrade to the bigger room for 20 pounds a night, one receptionist wanted 40 one only asked 20. It's negotiable. The hotel is only a few blocks from the station where you have non-stop train service to the airport.

The service was poor and I don't have anything positive to say. The staff did not respond to needs quickly. The staff did not help us with our problem of beds expected at check in. Hilton does not have a deluxe rate. We were very disappointed

Very convenient for my needs; clean, efficient; excellent value. Nothing. Huge, bustling hotel with efficient, polite service; room was very clean and comfortable, with excellent lighting and climate control. An upgrade to a 22nd-floor room provided panoramic views of London.
