The shuttle over to the main island. The view we had of a brick wall. The hotel was great but the view of the brick wall was not very appealing.

Free shuttle boat to the main area. Concierge was not too helpful, and a little rude at times. Shuttle boat did not run at frequent enough times. Great rooms, comfortable beds, convenient shuttle boat to San Marco Square, close to boat bus station (takes you to any place that you need to go at an extremely cheaper price than water taxi). Concierge was not very helpful, and a little rude at times. However, the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, and informative. Free shuttle boat is inconvenient at evening hours when it only runs every hour. However, buying an unlimited bus pass helps with that.

Overall, we really liked the Hilton. We are Hilton Honors so we got upgraded to a suite. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the spa. We went in May, so the pool closed early, but it was beautiful. The only thing was the shuttle didn't run frequently enough and sometimes it was full. Overall, we'd stay again.

Clean, silence, public spaces, great view. The complimentary shuttle-boat is not frequent as it should be in a 5 stars hotel (sometime full). Great Hotel, peaceful, far from noise and people jam of the center of the city, it represents an exclusive location where to stay. Very clean, excellent staff (the concierge clerk gave us great tricks on restaurants. Never used the restaurant.)

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very helpful. The room was so beautiful and far exceeded expectations for a romantic getaway. The location of the hotel is on another island, separated from the most tourist-laden areas, which is great for having a peaceful atmosphere, but it took a while for us to understand how to get around the town efficiently. They have a great shuttle that takes you to and from a few hotspots in town (like St. Mark's). I would also recommend highly using the water bus system; there is a stop very close to the hotel and you can use the water bus system to get you to and from the airport as well-$26 for a couple compared to $99 for a private taxi.

The room was nice. It took a boat to get you over to anywhere you needed to eat. Nice hotel and bad location. It was raining one night and we wanted to get something to eat. We could either take a boat or eat in the overpriced hotel restaurant. Not good options. You feel like you're stuck.

Comfortable bed andhotel boat. Pricey restaurant and location. Pricey and inconvenient location - though ameliorated somewhat by the hotel's boat service to St Mark's Piazza every hour. You have to walk quite a bit from the nearest ferry location - a chore if you have lots of luggage. The restaurant is expectedly pricey - but this becomes an issue since there are not many places to go to if you want to eat cheaply in a hurry.

Location was fabulous and everything was just as you would expect from a Hilton. Complimentary shuttle was indespensible and the rooftop pool and the view from up there was fabulous. Restaurant selection on site left a lot to be desired, but not a big deal since you don't go to Venice to eat at the hotel!

Beautiful hotel with all the amenities especially air conditioning that was on. Alittle difficult to get to from the train station more expensive to arrive if using private transport and not directly on the island of Venice. Wonderful hotel with all the amenities. The only negative is that it is not on the main island of Venice. For the price we bid it was worth the inconvenience of shuttle back and forth to Venice, but if you want to avoid that private free boat shuttle then don't stay here.

Best hotel in Venice right by the water. TV selection is very limited, should offer direct pickup from station. This is second time staying with this 5 stars hotel. The room they offered me is a lot smaller than then the first visit. The breakfast could be purchased during check in at a special rate of 30 Euro for two people. Food is okay, but the best breakfast offered in all the hotels that we stayed in Italy.

The staff was very friendly. I feel we should not have been charged extra for the other room. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. Was a distance from town. It cost 100 Euros to get there from the airport. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

The Hotel was amazing! The automatic billing system for the fridge. We arrived at the hotel via the public water transportation system and had to walk a short distance with our baggage. Once we arrived we found the staff to be very friendly and the hotel to be very nicely decorated. The room was beautiful. (My wife loved the bathroom!). The pool was on top of the roof along with a great bar. The views of Venice from the bar were pretty nice. There was a convenient hotel water shuttle that took you the San Marcos square that left every 20 minutes. Great around hotel!

The rooms were nice and clean. The free shuttle boat to the main island is good. The hotel was very confusing to navigate. It is a maze! The staff were rude and snooty. The hotel acts more upscale than it is worth. The hotel is nice. The staff were rude. I saw lots of coat racks all lined up so they were having a ball of some sort at the hotel, but I felt that was a very rude way to greet anyone walking into your hotel.

Service was horrible - extremely unfriendly; no hot water; bad heating. An entire new staff would make a big difference - the actual hotel would have potential with the right people running it.

Beautiful building, quiet location away from all the hectic in Venice. Outrageoulsy expensive dining options. We really enjoyed our stay at Molino Stuck Hilton. A beautifully restored historic factory building on the Giudecca island with elegant furnishings, a roof top swimming pool and above all an excellent location if you want to get away from all the hectic and people in Venice. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle boat which runs frequently on a timetable. It not only stops across from the Giudecca Island but also at San Marco.

Very comfortable nicely decorated rooms. Price of breakfast was high! Not the most convenient of venice's hotels, nonetheless we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel shuttle to be very efficient, if you adhered to their schedule. The concierge has an attitude but the rest of the staff was warm and welcoming.
