Well-appointed rooms. Attentive staff. Great location. The hotel is in an excellent location and has great character. I reserved two rooms and our rooms were next door to each other. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

the bed In general, I'm satisified with Waldorf Hilton. The location was good, room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. On the negative side is the missing bidee shower, some of the TV channels didn't show up and the window could've been bigger.

From the Front Desk to Room Service to help with gadgetry in the room and Management, the staff was outstanding. From now on, the Waldorf Hilton at Aldwych is my only choice in London. You will not be disappointed.

In a convenient part of London, close to Covet Gardens, walking distance to train station and London Eye and the Theatre District. Would recommend to anyone who wants to be close to many places but a little removed. Rooms not sound proof and the lifts a little small but all in all a good place to stay.

Modern decorations and very comfortable beds. EXTREMEMLY expensive room service. Our overall experience was fantastic. This was a great hotel; however, I would not recommend eating at the hotel due to the outrageous prices.

Great location. Nice staff. Very thoughtful staff. The location is second to none. We had a quiet room, if out of the way. When they complete the renovation of the elevator, it will be even better.

Great location small room, bad bed & pillows, NO HOT WATER Grand Dame hotel that has been turned into a W" type hotel. Great location, but the rooms were refurnished, but infrastructure not updated. A Result: NO HOT WATER for 24+ hours. Shower stall was too small for a typical adult male.Bed had no box spring, thus was uncomfortable. Pillows were too soft."

Our room was very clean, yet a bit small and our window view was terrible, overlooking an inside utility. The bathroom was wonderful, with a large shower with many jets. We had a smoking room that was a plus and ethernet internet that was a little expensive. The staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very good and a great variety and many juices. The location was good within walking distance of most attractions, but don't take the tube to get there...use a taxi.

The location was the best part. The bathroom was a little substandard for a hotel in that category. The location and price they accepted were great. I would stay there again.

Staff wonderfully friendly and helpful. Buffet cooked breakfast was not hot. Complained and have had v positive response from hotel management.
