This was very convenient if you are looking for the closest you can get and ease of finding a hotel by the airport. The beds were extremely comfortable and room was just right.Would highly recommend for the business traveler right next to Highway 95.

My husband and I stayed at the Palm Beach Holiday Inn on December 27th-30th. It was an easy and fast check in, the rooms were clean, easy access to freeways. The pool was heated so it was nice to take a swim. Over all it was a good stay for the price. I would come back to this hotel.

Everything; we asked for a smoking room and did not receive one, even though it clearly said we should. Terrible experience. The hotel staff is extremely rude. The room did not feel clean at all, and the pool at the hotel was extremely filthy and disgusting. The location is too great as I much prefer to be closer to the beach. Everything around the area closed way too early, not giving enough time to enjoy yourself. If you are looking to have fun in West Palm Beach, do not stay here.

We were on a tight schedule so didn't have a lot of time to spend in the room but when we did get back to the hotel we were hungry so stepped into the restaurant to get some supper. I had fish (thinking it should be good since we were right next to the ocean) and my friend had chicken. The fish was awful, old and VERY fishy tasting. The chicken was dry as a bone, pitiful. We left and went up to the room to watch a little TV before we went to bed. We found we had no TV remote. We looked everywhere and it was gone. The night was noisy with the rattling air handling unit so not much sleep. When I woke up and took a shower I went to make a cup of coffee with the provided coffee maker in the room but there was no glass coffee pot, just a lot of packs of coffee and the machine. We went downstairs to get complimentary coffee and both big pots in the lobby were empty, not a drop and no one in the hotel was bothering to do anything about it. I saw at least 6 people walk over to get coffee and turn around and leave with a puzzled look on their faces. It's the little things that make a hotel stay nice and this hotel lacked that big time.

We have stayed here before-a quick and easy---however this time ran out of hot water for showers before dinner which left for cold showers before the drinks--not that great. Can get anywhere very quicly-free parking

Convenient to/from airport. Prompt complimentary shuttle even at our very late arrival. (runs to 1:00 a.m) Lovely. clean room. Four or five different pillow choices on the bed from soft to firm feather and feather alternatives.

This is not the correct picture of the hotel. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel is very convenient to the airport. We would stay there again. Breakfast service was poor - it seemed that the hotel was very low on staffing.

My wife and I were taking a cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale. In looking at airline rates flying into West Palm Beach was cheaper than the other airports. We found this hotel online because their rate was cheaper than the other full service hotels. Upon arrial we called for shuttle service, the shuttle picked us up within minutes of the call. The driver was very informative about the area and all the new stuff at the hotel. Check in was a breeze, what a delightful staff, very accommodating and even signed us up for Priority Club. Upon arriving to the guest room, what a surprise. Not your typical Holiday Inn. Nice clean room, comfortable beds, lots of pillows! Eventhough the hotel is by the airport it is very quiet, no outside noise. We had a few drinks at the bar which also has a menu from their restuarant. The food was good and the prices reasonable for a hotel. Again the service outstanding. bartender and serves know how to make you feel at home. The next day the driver took us to the car rental place. Since the hotel is just off the highway, very simple easy access for us to hit the road to Ft. Lauderdale to take our cruise. I actually already booked us a room from when we return from the cruise. I'd like to spend another day in West Palm Beach and I will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn again.

They were very friendly in all aspects of service. The room was very clean and comfortable. Food at the restaurant was well prepared and the menu was appropriate. The shuttle service to downtown West Palm Beach was very efficient and handy. We would highly reccomend this hotel. It has easy access to the airport and to the interstate highways.

I have stayed everywhere from the Ritz Carlton to the Motel 6 and let me just tell you that this Holiday Inn is the BEST HOTEL I have ever stayed at. First, The customer service there is the best I've experienced, from the Bellman to the Front Desk, from Housekeeping to the Driver. These were the NICEST persons to deal with while in South Florida. Second, The shuttle takes you pretty much where ever you would like to go and gives great suggestions on what to do and where to eat. The Housekeeping staff calls to make sure your room is just perfect and that you have the right pillows for the way you sleep. The Front Desk personel couldn't have been nicer.
I would recommend this to ANYONE who is in the West Palm Beach area. You will LOVE the experience.

We stayed for one night between a business conference and our flight home. The hotel offered fair accomodations at a fair price. Very close to the airport, not the best area butwe felt very safe in the hotal.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The shuttle service was the best! Hallways are sort of small when toting luggage. We got great use out of the shuttle. The staff was very helpful. Really appreciate the free wireless service.
