The hotel was clean and a great location but our room had a bad odor. We kept the fan running the whole stay. We would get use to the odor while in the room but each time we left and came back to the room it was bad. Again, I will stress the room was very clean and every day was cleaned nicely by the staff. It just had a strong odor but I would still stay there again.

The staff was pleasant and the restaurant was good with a cozy feel. The rooms were adequate but a little dated and the lobby felt somewhat cold and sterile. Overall there was nothing special or memorable about the experience.

Cleanliness of the room, towels, bed, and hallways. Staffs wasn't friendly and inconvenient parking with convention crowd. Great overall experience. Main thing is the cleanliness of the room. Carpet should be shampooed more often.

All the staff was great, even the gentleman sweeping the sidewalks. Room service was very fast and again. All staff members were friendly! The little general store was pretty pricy and the heat/cooling unit in my room was loud. I will be staying here again. All staff members were helpful and friendly. Room service was fast and good. Everything was very clean.

2 beds. Bath tub drains slow, internet is too slow. Then you may have to pay a lot to check an email. The location is not very good comparing many hotels right across the entrance of Disneyland. The room is nice and clean. But the bath tub drains slow. Don't use the hotel's computer, it isvery slow, very expensive.

Bed was comfortable. Poor customer service! Hotel in need of a lot of repair work. Very poor customer service. Did not recieve urgent phone messages from relatives. The front desk told one relative there wasn't anyone registered by our name and no one in our room! Air condition made terrible noise, couldn't use it at night, it would keep you awake. I could write my name in the dust on the furniture. 3 washing machines/dryers for 9 floors, 2 of them broken, only one had out of order sign. Found out the machines were out of order for at least 5 days. Ice machines on odd numbered floors, except the one on the 3rd floor was broken. No white pages any where in hotel. Carpet was steam cleaned in our room, but no notice left in room, walked barefoot across carpet into bathroom, slid on tile, hit my arm on the door frame to keep from falling, causing a huge bruise. Front desk wasn't concerned, they said I needed to contact housekeeping. A hostel would be a better place to stay than this. I wouldn't give even 1 star.

The hotel was OK. My experience for this hotel is standard room base on first come first serve. They put me in the smoking room without choices. My two children have to turned the fan on all night to get rid of the smell. That night I came down to the reception and ask for exchange to the nonsmoking room, she is a nice person not the first guy check me in asked to come back next morning she will check for me if any room nonsmoking is available. I got it next morning but I have to clean my stuff , put it on locked room and came back later in the afternoon to get the room. I give this hotel **.

I wasn't expecting much seeing that it was a Holiday inn but it was the best hotel I stayed at! Although the bed wasn't really soft....I enjoy soft rather than firm, it was a great night. We were there for the fouth of july when it was booked and heard no noise! Great location if you're going to disneyland, knott's or angels stadium. It's kinda hidden too so you don't deal with a lot of traffic! I've been bragging about this hotel to my family because we go down that way a lot of games! I can't tell you about room service because we only spent one night.

I read some of the reviews and tried it. It was a wonderful hotel - very clean, nice room decor, my husband loved the fitness room - he said it had everything and it was clean and new. On the most part, the front desk was courteous - one gentleman had a condescending attitude but changed after I had to raise my voice. The one draw back is that it is out of the way from Disneyland (not in walking distance) but the ART's pickup is right in front of the hotel lobby. The restaurant in the hotel was quite reasonable and the sundry shop is open 24/7 so you can use the microwave. Had a wonderful time - would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was clean, convenient and close to Disneyland. We've stayed here many times and like the shuttle to Disney. The room was on the 3rd floor and it was quiet. The only bad thing was the bathtub, there was some mold that I thought the housekeepers should clean. The staff is always friendly and the store was good, but should be stocked better. Breakfast is good, but a little expensive. The buffet had cold pancakes, french toast and was a little overpriced for what you get. We will definately stay here again though.

I booked three rooms online for a family Thanksgiving getaway. Despite being paid for in advance, and despite a ""guarantee"" of late arrival availability, the rooms I booked were given away to someone else. I displayed the printouts I made when I booked the rooms, but never did get the rooms that I paid for. I was given rooms though. The first one I was sent to already had someone in the room. Imagine their surprise when I entered their room with a key!! The second room I was sent to had just had the carpet shampooed--the floor was wet and furniture was piled up on the sides. No acceptable. The third room at least had beds, although the shower curtain was too short and let water spray all over the bathroom. My experience with this hotel's staff left me dissatisfied and irritated.

Free parking. The hotel receptionist was a bit rude; I called 5-6 hrs early while I was driving to the hotel and said I can check in early. I arrived 2 hrs early and they said I cannot check in. Requested a non smoking room and got a smoking room. Overall, the hotel is clean. It is about 1 mile from Disneyland; not walkable unless you like to walk.

It was very clean and we loved the choice of soft or firm pillows. There was something sticky on the room service menus. We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and let us have a late checkout on our last day. We really liked the shuttle to Disneyland. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we would definantly stay again.
