The water in the bathroom stayed warm for both of us to shower. Noise, location andamenities. Hotel is basic, and not worth the price. Staff is artificially friendly, but useless. Location is about three blocks from the tube, in a not so safe area, but not too dangerous. Overall, the hotel itself didn't ruin our trip, with exception of the last night when the party went very late and we had to be up early. The hotel definitely didn't add to the quality of the trip at all. I would not stay here ever again, and probably will not use Holiday Inn again.

High quality at great price with exceptionally friendly staff. None. Great hotel and really friendly and helpful staff. I will without a doubt return to this establishment!

Excellent location with views of the canal and bridges. Air conditioning worthless, room hot and stuffy. Good hotel in interesting scenic location with interesting shopping nearby. But with air condition in bad shape, it is necessary to open the balcony doors, which then allows in excessive noise from pubs below. Overall, I would recommend it.

If you need to stay in the Camden area, this is a great choice with access to shopping, restaurants and transportation. The staff was not English and I found their service mediocre and inflexible. I was told I was wrong. Internet access policy is ridiculous.

The location in historic, trendy, Camden Lock. The staff was helpful. The restaurant was expensive. This hotel is in an excellent location. It's close to an underground station, close to the sights in London. The staff is all very helpful and friendly. I'll stay there again when I return to London.

Location in hip part of town - nice room, friendly staff. Drunks singing outside my room at 3:00 am. Located just minutes from the Camden town tube stop, and convenient to buses to the center of London, the holiday inn Camden lock is a great choice for the traveler interested in experiencing a lively, "hip" part of London. Rooms are of a good size, staff is friendly, and hotel restaurant and bar are very convenient.

Friendly front-desk personnel, The hotel, although clean and comfortable, is a very seedy neighborhood. The hotel also charges GBP 8.00 for one hour of internet access. A real rip-off.
