Convenient location in the heart of downtown Miami. Incompetent cleaning staff. If you go to this hotel please insist that the cleaning staff is respectful.

Loved being so close to the bayside and port. Poor service, breakfast was over priced for what was offered, my friends went to the bar for cocktails and felt the service was awful. Customer service /front desk was very good. I called ahead to confirm and they were very nice. I arrived early and there was no problem we were given rooms many hours before standard check in time. Great location to bayside and fast to port of Miami if your crushing most always stay in a 4 or 5 star we like to spoil ourselves like anyone but I would stay here again as long.

The location was nice and the general area surrounding the hotel was good. The hotel was clean, well kept and in a nice location. For the cost I would expect more but I did have a pleasant stay for the night.

Helpful staff. Dirty and very noisy due to thin walls and windows. Worn down and dated. Walls and windows thin so very noisy. Elevator dirty and first room dirty. Nice location in Downtown Miami.

Great location, tons of stuff to do. This hotel needs more parking and parking fee should be included in the price of the hotel stay. We had a wonderful time, the hotel is in a great location, close to all of the attractions, the restaurant food is really good, and the rooms are clean and comfy. We plan on coming back!

This was my very first trip to Miami, and I was concerned about the location and security of the hotel. I found the location to be excellent. Also, a security officer was on duty in the afternoon at the front door. The area is across the street from a shopping area; consequently, I was able to shop, take the tours, and dine at various restaurants in the neighborhood. For my next trip to Miami, I plan to stay at the Holiday Inn.

Location. Poor services, hotel in bad conditions, too expensive. I stayed for 6 nights, I extend one more night and they charged me $224.00 used for an extra night. I think instead to recognize the long stay tourists, they punish you with a high tariff. The hotel is an old hotel like a 2 stars and the rate is for a 4 star. I will not recommend this hotel.

The location was great for our cruise. Older and a little dirty. The hotel was great for the location. It was across from Bayside park and there were lots of things for us to do the night before our cruise without having to take a taxi anywhere. The hotel is older but in fairly good shape. We were really only there to sleep.

The only bad thing about this hotel is that you have to pay for parking! We we were there 3 days and paid an extra $24 for parking. I would think it would be included and was never told we would have to pay.

Easy to find. Very bad part of town, noisy, unsafe area. The location is in the worst area of Miami. Very little parking. Extremely noisy on the street (couldn't sleep). No deadbolts on main door to hall.

Close location to downtown. The hotel was very vanilla. This hotel was in a great location in downtown Miami, however it was a very vanilla hotel. The sink in my bathroom only had scorching hot water.

I love the location of this hotel.Its close to the port, only a short ride by cab and is right across the street from the Bayside Mall.I will be using this hotel when cruising from Miami from now on.
