Continental breakfast was excellent and the service was great. Wall are a little thin-could hear next doors voices. Was a little skeptical about my stay at this hotel because of the previous negative reviews, but was pleasantly surprised of my stay. The hotel was clean, staff was extremely friendly and the continental breakfast they offer was beyond what I expected. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

New, very clean and pretty well located. The complimentary breakfast buffet was well presented and attentive staff ensured it remained so. The free bus shuttle service to Disney attractions was on-time and efficient. We'd be happy to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was clean and nice, but not very quiet. It sounded like the folks in the room above ours chose to do aerobics at 11:30 PM. It sounded as though they were running across the length of their room for about 45 minutes each night. When I called the front desk to complain, I was told it would be taken care of, but that didn't seem to happen, because the noise continued for about 30 more minutes. If I choose to stay at the hotel again, I will book directly with the hotel, as the great rate that the online travel agency got me for pre-purchasing the room throught their website, was $ more than the hotel would have charged had I booked directly through the hotel. Yes, I prepaid my room through the online travel agency for 6 nights.Today, I opened my mail to find that I have been charged another $, by Holiday Inn Express. I contacted the hotel, but had to leave a voice mail for the manager so that he could call be back. Next, I contacted the travel agency, who was very eager to reimburse my credit card for the additional $ charged by Holiday Inn Express, which will take 7 -10 days to process. It sure didn't take 7- 10 days to charge my card. I thought the reason for booking with the travel agency was to obtain a better rate. I guess some things are learned the hard way. But, I will get the satisfaction of my $ in the word of mouth advertising that I will provide to my friends, family and acquaintances. In the future, if I am in the need of help with my travel arrangements, I will not use this online travel agency, because I feel that I have been ripped off.

Very friendly and helpful staff and very clean atmosphere. The entrance sign was not very visible. The Hotel was very nice and clean and the staff were wonderful. The only thing that would make this a better place is if they would have a larger and lit entrance sign as we arrived in the evening and the small sign was hard to see thanks to my GPS is was able to see it.

Complimentary continental breakfast. Location, condition of room, staff responsiveness. Not a pleasant experience. Appears that Holiday Inn bought an existing hotel that was not well maintained. Short check-in line. When finished, she apologized for the delay and gave me keys to room. Upon opening room, my 11 year old daughters were greeted by a man coming out of shower (who was equally surprised to see us). I apologized, headed back to front desk and attributed the mistake to the computer and gave us keys to another room. Next room unoccupied but air didn't work, so back to front desk and was told that AC generally takes a few minutes to get started but that someone would check on it while we were out just to be sure. Came back late from Disney, air still not working in room, called front desk and told they had no notes concerning my room and that I should have addressed it when I checked-in. Okay. Miserable night of sleep, got up early and checked out. While checking out, woman in front of my was loudly complaining about quality of her room. Young man at counter was very polite to me and I simply told him to note that the air in our room didn't work.

The room was tidy, but was no where near a suite. All it was a 5 ft middle partition wall in the middle of the room, with no special ventilation. The mattress was very mushy. The sheets were of pathetic quality and in our 8 days, the sheets were never changed even once ! The breakfast was sausage gravy and water dripping scrambled eggs for 8 days. Even after I complained to the caretaker and later to the GM of the hotel, nothing changed.

The hotel met our expectations. It was very clean. Great location- 10 minute drive to the Disney parks. We enjoyed the free breakfast, only wish that more fruit was served (only bananas provided). The staff was friendly and helpful.

The Hotel is right by lots of shops and is in a great location. Rooms were cleaned excellent every day. Only drawback is water quality. The water in Kissimmee smells like rotten eggs. I am my daughter got sick from it. Highly recommend hotel, but beware of water.

I don't like making reservations online unless I have been to that hotel personally before, but I took a chance and I am glad. I can say the hotel was very nice, clean and our room was great, nice suite. The pool area was very nice, the lobby was real neat and pretty and the breakfast bar was good. Will stay again.

My husband and I stayed after getting married recently and was very satisfied. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel itself was very clean. The bed was nice... not too hard. Nice sleep!! The breakfast was good... would love to see some waffles on the menu though. We received great value for a low price. I would definitely stay again and would refer friends and family.

The breakfast and the shuttle to Disney was fantastic! Not the cleanest and the rooms were small. The location of the hotel was good. When you look at the outside of the hotel you were blown away because of its beauty but when you go inside it didn't look or feel as nice.

Nice Hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. We stayed two nights. The first night room next door played TV very loud until late and restarted early. This was not the hotels fault. They left and the next night was very peaceful. We visited Disney and it was only two miles on divided Hwy. to entrance. Hotel had a shuttle, but we didn't use it because it didn't fit our schedule. Breakfast at hotel was good. Lot's of restaurants close by. Also Wallmart right across street. I would definately recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a perfect location for visiting the Disney World parks, Seaworld, Outlet Mall, restaurants, etc. It is off the highway enough to be very quiet. Nice outdoor pool and good breakfast. The only downside is the infrequency of the shuttle to and from the resorts. It is very inconvenient. After two days of trying it, I used my rental car and paid for parking. It was well worth it! I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone. It was easy to get to both east and west coast beaches also. A very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. We were there 8 nights.

Nice room. Walls and ceilings too thin. Thought it was too much for what it was, class of people, lower than use to. People above us did not control their children, but front desk did respond quickly. Over all had a good experience.

This Holiday Inn Express room was one of the nicest I have stayed in. The room was clean and roomy and the beds were really comfortable. It was close enough to the airport and to all the local Disney attractions. I only needed the room for one night, but would have loved to stay longer!

The swimming pool. Traveling with my husband and two kids I requested a king suite. When we arrived we found a king bed and a torn up sleeper sofa in a single room (very cramped). Had to request another room. Housekeeping only came in one time in a four day stay. Had to call front desk and complain to get that but hotel and its grounds were very well kept.
