This was one of the most pleasant hotel stays I can remember having in the last few years; everything was most exceptional, the staff's ability to assist us, the cleanliness and overall condition of the room and facility in general as well as the breakfast spread they offered. It added to an overall pleasant visit to the Asheville area and I would recommend it to any of my friends, family or associates; thank you so much to the staff!!

There is no restaurant at the hotel but the expanded continental breakfast was fantastic! No restaurant or store to buy sundries; not enough luggage dollies. My husband and I traveled with our four children at Christmastime. It was almost 11 pm by the time we checked in, but the staff was friendly and courteous. Our rooms fit our basic needs, the beds were pretty comfy. We booked two non-smoking rooms, which we got and they were next door to each other-good! When our plans to visit the Biltmore didn't work out on a rainy day we received some good suggestions from the gentleman at the front desk of things to do. The complimentary breakfast was not elaborate but more than ample for us and was very nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

"My husband took me to Biltmore Estate for my birthday and we stayed here. yes they are remodeling but it is worth it, because the rooms are spectacular with color and comfort. Yes Asheville is a little drive down the road, but it is worth not being in the Busy district. There is a farmer's market nearby open year round and enough dining for the hungry. I rate it the best and I would definitely stay here again. Staff is nice, bathrooms are out of sight, bed the most comfortable I have ever slept in in my LIFE! Loved it!"

No complaints, polite staff,clean hotel,modern design.Located 10 min. from downtown.The roads can be a bit confusing and nerve racking for a low lander.A good buy.Not many choices for good dining close to hotel,would recommend driving to downtown Asheville.

Breakfast Staff was very disrespectful to my family and many others who desired more food prior to the time when the breakfast was supposed to close. Very unprofessional in all respects.

I usually don't like Holiday Inn's but hmmm...budget time!! So I come across this hotel and it looks nice and I read the reviews and for the most part, they are positive..so I book it. I was incredibly surprised..it was clean, the staff was polite and helpful, it was in a great location..What more can I say...I was pleased..we were pleased and would definitely stay again!

My husband and I rented a regular room for our trip to Asheville. The hotel was super easy to get to, right off the interstate and was close to many attractions. The hotel staff was polite and everything was very clean. The two things I will complain about are: the bed...it was like sleeping on the floor. And the area around the hotel. I booked this hotel because it was right next to the mall, which means it is probably in an area with lost of restaurants close to your hotel. Okay, no. There aren't many restaurants near the hotel at all. We drove downtown for food, which is a very short drive. And the mall....wow, there is nothing there. It was like a ghost town. If you are looking for a nice quiet stay at a clean and friendly hotel, then this is for you!

Location was close to local attractions. Due to construction work at the hotel glue and varnish fumes were so strong I developed a severe headache. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone while construction work is still in progress. The hotel was dusty due to the construction with varnish and glue fumes thick enough to cause headaches. Until the construction work is finished do yourself a favor and stay some where else.
