Clean and quiet. Our view was of the power station; not a good view. The hotel room was small but clean and quiet. The hotel staff were very friendly. The lighting is not bright enough in the bathroom area. The pool view is a view of the power station which is not an appealing view. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Nice staff and comfortable beds Rooms where small. I was pleased overall, the best part it was close to bighorn golf course, and pleasant experience.

Very clean, incredibly comfortable beds, nice TV, great shower, nice smelling towels. Nothing really. The best possible hotel/resort hands down in the La Quinta Area, closest possible spot to PGA West, best golf courses in the desert. Great food, amazing hot tubs, great showers, and a nice TV, what else can you ask for? Plus, the hotel staff was so friendly, made you want to tip them. La Quinta resort is awesome.

Bedding, very good breakfast, coffee & tea 24 hrs. Location next to power transformer. Very nice place, friendly staff, great place to escape for short vacation!

Breakfast. Clean, heating and air conditioner good, beds comfortable. Sink area very small, no room to put anything. Kids running around. Check-in person some attitude. I like to have more than 1 entrance into hotel. The breakfast and fruit all day, greatly appreciated. Would like to have a refrigerator in the room. Do not like having kids running around, or up and down the stairs. Room service good, quiet most of the time.

very clean and free breakfast cant beat it! Pool area and view could be a little better! We were very pleased with the accomodations and continental breakfast for the price. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean and close to many good restaurants.

Size of the room and bed (king). Hotel lobby was freezing at night when we checked in and in the morning when we ate breakfast. Clean facility in a good, safe location. Plenty of excellent restaurants a short drive away.

One clerk at the front desk who was very helpful with setting up the hotel internet. He was very pleasant and caring. Electric generators were in view of the rooms. This hotel was pleasant, was in good location, and was smaller which gave a unique feeling to the vacation.

the hotel staff was very responsive to our needs. Initially, the our assigned non-smoking room smelled of smoke. We were immediately moved without hassles to another room.

When I checked in to my room I found the smoke detector to be in need of a new battery (it was chirping).. I contacted the front desk and the maintenance department was on site within 10 minutes to replace the battery

Excellent location, helpful staff, good breakfast! Lobby and breakfast area very cold! Rooms on the small side. Overall the Holiday Inn Express Palm Desert is a very nice hotel, with good and clean accommodations. The pool is good sized and there is even a tennis court! Complimentary breakfast in the morning starts the day right. The staff is very helpful.

Second visit at this hotel and really like to stay with them. I mentioned before and I repeat that I truly have this Holiday Inn as one of my best stays so far in the Palm Springs - Palm Desert areas with all the amenities that a 2 star hotel can provide. I recommend.

Clean, comfortable beds and great location. I travel to hotels a lot because my daughter plays travel softball. This is by far the best room I've had. The room was super clean, the beds were very comfortable and the continental breakfast was great.

The hot variety breakfast, the linens/towels, the microwave, the fridge & internet services, free parking, all well provided. The air/heat equipment hard to adjust in the room. Overall, the experience with the Holiday Inn Express at Palm Desert was an enjoyable one. The employees were helpful & courteous. Most of them wore a smile & that made our stay warm & welcomed! We'll certainly recommend this hotel to our family & friends. We also really like the fact that all the rooms are smoke-free!
