Friendly staff beautiful accommodations. No free breakfast. A gorgeous facility located about 6 milled from the Scottrade Center. Beautiful accommodations for every need. Staff goes above and beyond for guests.

Friendliness, helpfulness, happy, joyful, employees great. We have never been out of the woods in northern NH and to go to the big city was a little stressful. The employees helped us with directions, food options and fun chatting about their life in St. Louis. We would defiantly stop there again if in the area.

The restaurant. They had me registered for a smoking room. I am allergic to smoke. The staff was friendly and the room comfortable.

Location was good in relation to all the attractions we wanted to see. Safety was a concern. Two cars were broken into while we were there. The hotel and staff were great. The room was nice. The pool was great for the kids with a life guard on staff all the time. Kids eat free in the restaurant and free warm cookies at the front desk every evening. The neighborhood was not so hot.

Great breakfast - 6 bucks and you're full until lunch. Not a great location--next to the "Dirt Cheap" cigarette store and a Hardee's. Near the highway. Staff was super friendly. Had cookies at the front desk every night. (yummy!) Rooms were clean, not great, but definitely not bad for the price. Overall, if you're not a snooty traveler, this place works well and the price is definitely right.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn and the service was terrible. The lady at the service desk was rude!! When we finally got to our room it was dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. I had to wipe everything off before I would put anything down. The door that led out into the corridor had something smeared all over it. I would not stay here again!!

They put us in a smoking room in the middle of several other smoking rooms and still claimed that it was a nonsmoking room. We had to escort them to the room and show them it did not have a nonsmoking placard on the door like other nonsmoking rooms. The hotel mixes smoking and nonsmoking rooms on the same floor. The woman who checked us in was very upset about something and obviously did not like her job. We asked for a complete refund after the first night and it took 30 minutes while the hotel and the online company worked it all out. The hotel only gave a refund for the night we actually spent in the smelly, gross room and hoped we would leave early (the clerk encouraged us to leave in the middle of the whole refund transaction). We had to make are online company call the hotel again to ask for a complete refund. It will be 30 days before we get our money back.

This hotel is a bad location but does fine for business travel. The area around the elevators smelled like mold. The room was ok but nothing to brag about. Turn on the fan to drown out the sound of the interstate. Food in the bar was fair. I would not take my wife and kids here but for business it was comfortable and relatively clean.

Hotel and staff were fine - noise from adjacent highway was heavy and AC unit pretty loud. Otherwise the location is great and price was excellent.

Friendly staff & good restaurant. Location in town. The hotel was very clean and the staff was exceptionally nice. The food was very good in the restaurant. It was a nice place to stay and I would stay there again.
