Room size was good and staff were polite. Internet access is very expensive. Staff were polite. Location is a problem since you have to take a taxi or bus to come to the hotel from Main train station. Internet is not free and is expensive.

Restaurant was excellent. No air conditioning in our room. The hotel appears to have a new section and an old section. We paid for a 3-star hotel, and I think air conditioning should be expected. Everything else was fine.

The only negative thing was that the hotel is huge and we had a little trouble finding our room. But I would stay there again.

View of harbor. Location not very central. Hotel was fine just too far from the central stuff in Hamburg. I n a neighborhood of small fast food restaurants and one local bar. About 3-4 miles away from the typical central stuff and 2 blocks away from bus line. Only trans available except taxi.
