My husband and I arrived at our Hotel and they didn't have a reservation for us. We had to wait for at least 40 minutes before we got our room . We had asked for a non-smoking, King suite with a Garden View. We walked into our room and it was very dingy and it was a smoking room. We had to take our suitcases back up to the lobby and wait for another room We proceeded to wait for about an hour because the clerk informed us that they were sold out. When finally got another room, and our keys would not work. After getting another set of keys, we entered our room. It was not a Garden View Suite and had double beds instead of a King. We had a view of a concrete wall with a garden mural painted on it with barbed wire along the top. We felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything about this hotel made our trip perfect! Each and every staff member was friendly and tried their best to make our stay wonderful. The hotel itself was clean, it was easy to find and the price was right. The food at the courtyard cafe was delicious and it was convenient to step out of our room and have a wonderful meal. The best part about the hotel was the beautiful atmosphere made by the landscaping and decor....and of course the Tiki bar! Bobby was our bartender but became more of a friend by the trips end. If ever we are to travel to Tampa in the future this is the spot we will pick to stay. Thanks so much for a great vacation!

Courtyard area is a tropical paradise; convenient. Furniture needs to be fixed and bathroom walls cleaned. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone - good for business, families, couples, just about everyone. Very relaxing atmosphere and extremely nice and helpful staff.

The Grand Suites near Busch Gardens has a great location. From the top of Sheikra at Busch Gardens, you can see this hotel. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, even assisted in locating dinner reservations. The bed was more comfortable than our bed at home. We are going to buy this mattress - no kidding. We plan to stay here every time we return to Tampa.

Very clean and fresh. Big rooms, high speed internet. Exterior rooms. This would be a great place to take the family for a long weekend. Very clean rooms and right down the street from a six flags type park. Nice pool. The rooms have a living area, small kitchen type area (no stove) and table to eat on. Bedrooms separate from living area.

My daughters and I went to Busch Gardens fir the day. got back to the hotel about 7pm. It took us minutes from BG. I took a swim in the pool while they showered. Then we went out for dinner. We had many restuarants to choose from without going more that 5 miles. The room was great. We were very comfortable. check in and out was easy. The staff was very upbeat.

The court yard style. No continental breakfast like other 2.5 stars. This hotel is no way at the same level as many 2.5 stars and you have it listed as a 3 star.

Comfortable bed, sofa was ok, lighting was not very good, hard on the eyes. Very cramped by the entry way as you come in by auto from the main entrance way. Convenient, mostly clean, comfy bed, very roomy.

Friendly, helpful staff; great shuttle to Busch gardens. No breakfast provided. Nice rooms, convenient location, very helpful staff, good exercise equipment. Accomodations were what we expected. We liked having a refrig, microwave & coffeemaker in the room. A breakfast would have been nice. The shuttle to Busch gardens was very convenient and prompt! I would recommend this hotel to others.

We had a great time. the room looked like it had just being redone and everything looked new. The pool inside the building with the tiki bar next to it was great. The kids swam and we had a few relaxing drinks. Then we got up in the morning and drove to Busch Gardens which you can see from the hotel.

I stayed here with my 12 year old son. Virtually all of the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. There was a High School Prom on Sat night that was a bit loud, but by midnight all was quiet and the hotel staff was responsive to my noise complaint. Fitness equipment was new.

Third time staying here. A nice oasis in the middle of a terrible cancer ordeal. While the hotel doesn't offer a medical discount, their price beats the ones that do and is much nicer! We live out of town and when we have early appointments or surgery scheduled for my father we stay over the night before. Even though they are in the middle of renovating the hotel, the rooms are a very good value for the dollar. Separate sleeping area, Sink, MW & Mini Fridge even an additional TV in the sleeping area. Room was very clean with plenty of towels, extra pillow and blanket in the bottom drawer for the sleeper sofa which was also comfortable. Pool and Hot Tub were sparking clean. Will be making this our home away from home on all future Mofitt CC visits!!

The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Everything. The swimming pool was very cold even though it was 80 degrees outside. The hot tub did not have a heater because it was also very cold. Our room was not cleaned yet at 5:30 p.m. even though we were out all day. We called for more towels, never received them. We really needed 2 double beds, the answer was no. The room was dark with tacky decor even though it had just been renovated. Who chooses aqua/turquoise paint color for an update? The bed was comfortable. The bathroom couldn't be any smaller and even though it was just freshly caulked, it was all peeling right off after we used the shower/tub.

Accommodations were very nice. Neighborhood around hotel seemed a little seedy. Nice place to stay, very close to Busch Gardens, and we got a free shuttle from the hotel which saved us like $15. Super friendly staff, room was nice except for very small bathroom. Good accommodations but neighborhood seemed a little sketchy.

This was our 5th of 6 trips booked through online travel website and we have been very pleased at the locations and price of all our trips until now. We were told we would have a 2 suite room with one being a lock-off room. We are raising our grandsons and my Mother lives with us, so there were 5 family members in our party. I naturally thought my Mother would have the lock off room and my husband and I would have the other with the 2 grandsons sleeping on the pull-out couch. My 2 grandsons had to end up sleeping with my husband in the lock off room and my Miother and I shared the pull out couch. 5 people cramed into this 2 room hotel. There were only 3 towels hanging in the bathroom and 2 glasses for 5 people. One of the 2 chairs in the dining area had been broken and nailed back together (not safe). They advertised a buffet breakfast until 10:00am but closed every morning at 9:30am. The description of this hotel was very misleading and not at all rated as the ones we have previously stayed in.

It was elegant and well above what I expected. There was nothing! It was excellent. This hotel far exceeded any expectations I had. The staff was fantastic and very eager to please. Everything was clean and well kept. The room was awesome! I would recommend it to anyone!

The front desk was helpful and attentive to our needs. Renovation was going on, and housekeeping entered our room twice without knocking. This hotel was fairly neat, and the front desk staff was very helpful. It is very near to Busch gardens, which is also nice. There were painters outside of our room when we arrived and when we woke up in the morning. The morning of our checkout, someone entered our room twice without knocking while we were still in our room. Housekeeping was rude and intrusive. The hotel overall felt old and run down; I kept waiting for things to break in the room. The furniture was old and worn, and the lighting was dim and dark.

It was conveniently located to the places I was visiting. I felt the photos on the internet were deceptive. Also the hotel was under renovation and everything was not as nice or large as pictured. It was okay. I was much happier with the hotel I obtained last year in Orlando. It had many more amenities.
