Location. Felt like an upscale Motel 6. Room was very basic for their regular rate.

Complimentary internet. Limited coffee, cups in room, not refreshed daily. Clean rooms, good temperature, responsive staff, close to freeway and complimentary internet access. Last time we stayed shower did not have curtain or curtain rod, had to be installed the next day. This time, toilet was plugged and microwave did not work. These issues were taken care of when we asked, but it seems more attention to detail can be made proactively. Good value for the price though, as staff was friendly and responsive.

All THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY, ESPECIALLY RESTAURANT STAFF. Would have liked to have a drink at night but no facility or was closed. The hotel was centrally located for me, but closed to all sorts of amenities. Facilities were what I expected and were not disappointed. Check in was fast and smooth.

The Lobby was nice. The room was old and not well kept. Bar was terrible. TV remote didn't work. Bartender was less than friendly or eager to please. For the same stars (3) I received 2 much better hotels in the San Francisco area for 5$ less. This Holiday Inn was a huge disappointment.

Nice Pool-pretty clean, Comfy Bed, Willing staff. Dust and debris behind and underneath furniture, older appliances. I had stayed here once before over a year ago. It is much better now. They are still finishing up the reverb, so a few glitches here and there hot water was out for a few hours in afternoon one day, but overall very nice experience and friendly, helpful staff, nice bedding, and updated interior design. You may not have a hi-tech TV, business center, and the like, but the staff and atmosphere make up for it. There is free wi-fi, thank God! The area is close to discount shopping (Wall Mart, Costco) and stores to meet your needs. Good location as far as access goes easy to head towards downtown or East Valley. It is not the most awe inspiring location however, not much green, right next to the freeway and big retailers, but wasn't a real nuisance. They could use a bit more of an eye for detail in cleaning the room area, bathrooms & toiletry selection were nice. Pool area is very relaxing and a plus if room faces that area. No continental and complementary breakfast.

I like the bedding. Our room was not done the 2nd day of stay. We stayed two nights at this Holiday Inn. We often stay at this location because it is so convenient to the restaurant we like and Cost co and our children as well. The first night was alright, but the 2nd night (thanks giving night) we got back to the hotel at about 8 pm. and the room was not done up. No clean towels, etc. and the room was not welcoming at all. The room next to us played their TV, loudly all night long as well. The faucet not only leaked, but ran water all the time. Not a good experience. Sorry.

The motel was clean. The motel is really old. This motel was old. The bathroom fixtures leaked. The window only had sheers. No curtains. Window was at rooftop level. My view was of air conditioner units.

Located right off of Freeway -- Easy to find. Long check in and long check out (only 1 employee at front desk). While not in the best area of Mesa, the Holiday Inn is easy to find and offers a solid, no frills experience. Service (check-in/check-out) was a little slow with only one employee at the front desk. Rooms were clean, lots of parking. Overall a good experience, but nothing to stand out.

Comfortable beds, nice linens. Location, small beds, no gift store. The room was clean and had amenities that you would expect from a standard 3 star hotel. The beds were comfortable and made with quality linens.

Easy access to freeway. Bathroom is very small. The hotel is a Holiday Inn and the hotel and room is consistent with what one would expect from a Holiday Inn. Room and common areas are clean but spartan. This is not a 3 star hotel. Front desk clerk was load and obnoxious at check in engaged in a phone conversation and did not acknowledge my presence. Although easily accessible from the interstate, very few options in terms of restaurants in the area. I would not recommend this hotel.

I am a seasoned traveler and this was by far the worst service I ever recieved. When you called the front desk they were anything but polite, my room phone rang nonstop (a problem they were looking into forever), the pipes were exposed under the sink in the tiny bathroom, the hotel driver left me at the mall forever, gym was closed and no one knew when it would be ready. Customer service was unheard of here!!! I'm really glad this was business and I didn't have to pay for this terrible hotel.

The hotel is being remodeled and will probably be beautiful when it is done. Had some trouble with the 'restaurant"" evening staff but the food was acceptable. The staff was very friendly and helpful and concerns were addressed promptly. I will return at some point after remodeling is complete

I stayed two nights on a business trip and the hotel was under renovation. Hopefully they will be finished soon. I think the hotel will be great once the renovation is completed.

Some of the guests were questionable. If you are needing a hotel in the East Phoenix- Mesa area this hotel is convenient. Hotel has restaurant and bar but both close early. No eating places in walking distance but a short freeway ride away is several to choose from.

My room was expansive, extremely comfortable and modern. lots of room to spread out and did not have the desire to leave the room for a space. Since this hotel was in Phoenix, AZ and temperature was usually over 100 degrees that they would have a better or larger pool and pool area. I stayed at 3 different hotels while in PHX. This is for the Hilton in Mesa, AZ. This hotel is very suitable for solo or couples business trips. it is located just off a major highway and adjacent to large mall just in case you needed anything you forgot. Very nice hotel.
